Expensive what? (Do you want to buy a hotel or a week-long tour?) Expensive for whom? How can tourists know this? Expensive is a relative concept.

Why did you start with Atlantis The Palm 5*?

Why would a 5* hotel in the UAE cost 3 kopecks?

If you like to be surprised by the prices, then Anantara in Dubai will also please you.
There are fives on Jumeirah that are not so high, but good.
If you want a budget, watch threes in Dubai, or watch fours in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. Great in high season!
Not so long ago, I went to the operator from whom I was in Jumeirah, to think about the New Year, whether in Dubai. They showed me the prices for these hotels... because, in winter, in Dubai, so at least with comfort, or for what? And they offered to look at Thailand or India (for which I will once again mention thanks to Intaer, good people). ))
I looked at the reviews on Atlantis and Anantara ... after all, there are still shortcomings, there, in one, the beach is narrow for someone, the other seems like an anthill (many tourists! albeit expensive) ... for this money, anything that is not super, it becomes just horror horror.
