We decided to go to it, because for some reason, mostly good reviews were written about it, I don’t understand who wrote them, or it’s specially written by their own people from hotels. For 2 weeks of our stay in the rooms well, no one has ever cleaned up. We had a two-room suite. One day, a child was playing around and accidentally kicked up the carpet, under which we found used cotton buds, cut nails, old tickets, and so on. And one more time, returning in the evening after a shopping trip, we turn on the light and, oh, horror, a huge cockroach runs along the light tiles on the floor in the room !! ! We were in shock until the end of our holiday. We have rested in many places, but never have I met such a soulless staff anywhere. No one ever smiled at us the entire time. At the reception, some imaginers, until the last, they will pretend that they don’t notice you, but you won’t tell them: “Excusmi”, they say we are standing here, pay attention to us. The breakfasts are the worst. Even when 7 years ago we rested in a 3-star hotel in Dubai, this was not the case. Whenever you come for breakfast there is nothing to eat. There is always something missing (or plates, or spoons, or cups, or tea, or bread, or nothing at all from the dishes except eggs) and there is no staff either, they are "busy" somewhere far away. Lunches are always a la carte (all 2 weeks it was french fries, twice they only gave rice, and chicken breast, which was rarely replaced with fish). Bread and water for dinner will never be put on your table, you have to watch the waitress girl, who is alone at all and always goes somewhere to ask: water, please, we would like to eat some bread! The waitress serves with such a mine and disregard for the vacationers that you feel as if you are here on a free tour and are pissing everyone off. I have never seen such horror, indifference and srach, sorry for the expression on vacation. Last year at the same time we stayed at the Flora Grand Hotel, which is just opposite this one, as it is both white and black. Flora simply cannot be compared, very, very good, beautiful hotel, and the staff in Flora is charming, friendly, attentive, we really liked it there, it would be better if we went to it again.

I'll start in order: we flew from Donetsk (al arabiya), departure on time. We flew to Sharjah, quickly passed the retina and passport control and went to the meeting side of the Royal Park, the children were given a Kit Kat chocolate bar, the girls were given a rose. We waited 30 minutes for all the other tourists and went to the bus, but as it turned out, they were not going to go yet. … More ▾ I'll start in order: we flew from Donetsk (al arabiya), departure on time. During 1.10 we were waiting for 4 arriving flights. We got to the hotel in 30 minutes, we were lucky because we were one of the first to leave. Checked in quickly with no delays.

Room: was on the 3rd floor (no balcony), overlooked a side street. The only negative was that at night you could hear the garbage being taken out. And we liked the number. If you go with a child, then you need to take separate beds, the three of us were cramped to sleep. Everything worked properly. Plasma TV, but not a single Russian channel. If you need an adapter, tell the reception, they will bring it. To swim in the shower, you need to turn on the switch before entering the bathroom and after a couple of hours the water will heat up.
Internet worked well, but only picks up at the reception or in front of the hotel. On the day of arrival, a 1.5 liter bottle of water is provided.

Guide: from Royal Park, if I'm not mistaken, this misunderstanding was called Olga. A very unpleasant middle-aged person. This is our 3rd time in the UAE, but we have never seen such boorish guides. Usually excursions are strained in Turkey or Egypt, but apparently Turkey's policy has reached the UAE. When she found out that we were not going to buy excursions from her, she decided to make insulting remarks about how to relax. She was then approached by other tourists who were waiting for the bus to Fujairah, which was delayed. Here we were generally shocked by her upbringing, at first she ignored them, and then yelled that go to the room and there was nothing to pester with stupid questions.

Food: if it is possible to go without food, you can safely go, you will not regret it. We had breakfast, which turned out to be stupid.
I always write in reviews that no one will be left hungry, in any case, you can find something to eat, but I won’t say anything about food at Auris Hotel Apartments. There seems to be enough food, but we didn't want to eat any of it. It was much more interesting to go to the supermarket and buy what you want. We compared prices in nearby supermarkets, the cheapest one was on the corner behind Flora Grand.

Beach: we drove to Al Mamzar, I won’t write about it, because the Internet is already full of information. But the transfer to the beach is a different story. It seems to be there, but it turned out to be easier to take a taxi. Departure time is from 8.30-9.00 and 9.30-10.00, everything is mysteriously back at 13.00, then at 14.00. A couple of times it happened that there was no bus, and at 10.00, after going to the reception, a hired bus arrived. When the driver was asked what time we would go back, he said that he would call. The question is, how can you call 15 people who are in different parts of the beach. We never once got on the bus back to the hotel.
By the way, foreigners never waited for a transfer, they always left by taxi. A taxi costs 20 dirhams.

Safari: taken from Aladdin ($135) for three. Everything went perfectly. Picked up at 3:00 pm and returned at 9:30 pm. We had a lot of fun, the driver was super. True, they later explained to us that they rode us without extreme sports, because there was a child and a disabled girl in the car. But this was enough for us, in the middle of the ride the child was a little sick, but thanks to the professionalism of the driver everything worked out (I made stops on time). The child really enjoyed riding the ATV, the cost of 15 minutes is 50 dirhams, but no one watches the time.

Not without shopping, but I think it is not necessary to write about it, because everyone in the UAE acquires something. The only thing I can say about the shopping festival is that the discounts are not as big as they write about it. My husband and I were at the end of November, so for many things, the prices did not fall, but remained the same.
Or new collections have appeared, but like with discounts. But in November the weather is great. Although this time there was a full suitcase of things.

The return transfer to the airport arrived on time, flew out without delay too. Once again, we are delighted with the UAE. The child now dreams of going again, because not everyone had time to see it. We try not to pay attention to all sorts of unpleasant little things and relax with pleasure. Have a nice rest and good mood!

The hotel is clean, they clean and change towels every day. The staff is friendly, Russian speakers, unfortunately, no. Every morning transportation from / to the beach, plus on certain days they drive to the Deira City Center shopping center. To be honest, you can also walk to it, especially if you have enough time and desire to walk.
Breakfast is quite rich in choice, but almost every day the menu is the same. The undoubted plus of breakfast is pastries and fresh fruit. Minus - hot drinks are limited, you can order only one cup of tea or coffee.
P. S. If someone has a desire to take something out of the dining room, do it carefully and discreetly) We were made a remark when we took croissants with us.

There were three of us! the room was free, spacious for three people. In general, I am very loyal to the hotels of the UAE, since they are only needed to spend the night, the hotel is new in 2009, no one speaks Russian at the reception, and different people live in the hotel itself, on there is no queue for the bus, everything is calm: people came, sat down, went, there was a disaster in Flore Grand: there are a lot of Russian tourists, there are screams, curses from here, not a very pleasant sight, foreigners practically don’t go to the beach, at least on Al Mamzar, as I understand it, this is not an insured event! : ) we took HB, breakfasts are typical, lunch (as they call lunch) is decent, though portioned. … More ▾ There were three of us! the room was free, spacious for three people. Even our man ate enough! the metro is 100 meters from the hotel, the area is very chic, life is in full swing, it seemed that people do not sleep there at all! dined at the Arbat restaurant, near the metro station! Recommend! If you have any questions please write! : )

The hotel is cool for people who come for shopping, it is very conveniently located between two metro stations. A 10-minute walk takes you to Nasser Square. By placement it is 10 points. The hotel rooms are large and comfortable, everything you ask for will be provided.
