I really liked the hotel itself. Clean, lots of staff and all willing to help. We went quickly at night. It was possible to order dinner in the room, but we were afraid of the price and did not order. It turned out that dinner was included, we just didn't know. They have a strange accounting system in the hotel: for breakfast, dinner or lunch you eat as much as you want, then they bring you an invoice and you just sign it, you don’t need to pay anything if dinner, breakfast is included in the Tour. We did not know about this and therefore were afraid of the price. After the first breakfast, when we received the bill, we ran to the reception to ask what kind of check they gave us. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, few Russians. There are family pools. And there are adults. Adult children are not allowed. It's quiet there. If it wasn't for the construction, it would have been completely silent. And it's very disturbing. we were at the beginning of August it was very hot plus 41-45. So everyone sat in the pools. The pools are not very cold, so the rooms were easier. The sea is hot + 33 in such heat it is unrealistic to climb into the sea. The food is very tasty and varied. Buffet. A day later, some theme. All day transfers from the hotel to the Mall of Emirates Dubai Mall. The room is fully equipped: bathrobe, slippers, towels, French cosmetics, excellent beds, iron, shoe brush, safe, hair dryer, tea, coffee and coffee maker, water. Moreover, water is both paid and free. Dinner at the hotel does not include drinks, none, so be careful with prices. If you take something, then the price is exorbitant. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. The gym is free, the spa is also like. You can get cold water and towels near the pool, and they have cold face towels in the fridge, sometimes they are passed around. There are a lot of lifeguards around the pools. There is a kids club.
