HOTEL. Quite normal for a 2*. At the reception, you can take a map of Dubai and be sure to take a hotel business card with a mini-map of the location to make it easier to find your way back to the hotel. Comfortable, nice but small rooms.
The room has everything you need -

FOOD took HB (breakfast and lunch)
The food is very weak and there is absolutely no choice - like a house in a hurry, just not to have something to eat for the hungry.
Breakfast did not change every day - boiled egg, scrambled eggs, juice, jam, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, toaster and toasted cheese, bananas.
Basically, breakfast was enough for me.
Lunch - very spicy mashed soup, French fries, rice, 2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes for all diners, onion rings.
It didn't change from day to day. And it alternated either chicken in gravy in very small pieces, or fish in gravy or cabbage in the same SPICY gravy in very small pieces.
On the table 1.5 liters.

BEACH - from the hotel they drove to the free Jumeirah Open Beach, a 20-minute drive without traffic jams.
At 9.00 from the hotel and at 13.00 back to the hotel. If there were not enough seats in the transfer, then the rest were taken by minivan-jeep for 7 locals, and no one was left without attention!
On the beach there are changing rooms, showers, toilets, police.
For an additional fee, you can take a sunbed, umbrella, towel, 10+5+5 dirhams.
LOCATION of the hotel 3 minutes walk round the corner from Al Rigga metro station. Travel from AlRigga to Dubai Mall (Burj Khalifa Burj Khalifa observation deck-fountains) round-trip by metro 11 dirhams ($ 3) per person.
1$=3.66 dirhams.
Emirate mall (Sail-Burj Al Arab Hotel and Dubai Venice) from AlRigga station round-trip per person 15 dirhams.
We walked from the hotel to the Gold Souk and the Spice Souk 4km. past the metro station. Deira City Center Mall - 1.8 km. from the hotel towards the clock tower.
Around the hotel there are a lot of cafes, shops and different snacks.
Nearby there is an all-inclusive Chinese restaurant for 19 dirhams - you can eat as much as you like.
We also bought for dinner for 22 dirhams, this included: a whole chicken (about 1kg) on the grill, 400g. Lentil porridge, 5 lavash, 100 gr. garlic and cheese snacks, fresh and stewed vegetables, 100 gr.
In Deira City Center there is a Carrefour supermarket, where you can also buy food, they also cook hot chickens of various sizes. The price of 1 chicken is from 8 to 17 dirhams, there is fish in batter and so on.
As for food, it seems that I wrote everything, I didn’t remain hungry - you can eat not expensively, and for those who want to spend more money and sit comfortably in a cafe, there are also many such places in the area.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest! We concluded for ourselves - that once you NEED to go to the Emirates and see it for sure, but I'm not sure that we still want to visit this country. I didn’t really like a beach holiday here on the Persian Gulf, after the Red Sea, but I’m not particularly fond of shopping.
We saw everything that was interesting in the Emirates!
