The hotel was rated 7 because it is located in the old town, the location was also a minus. It was also embarrassing that there were a lot of black people. Rooms are great, service is good. We had breakfast and dinner included when there weren't many guests - they just made us a personalized dinner, a choice of three courses, but it's not as interesting as the buffet.

Few Russian speaking staff. Rooms are clean, big, breakfast is good. We took a room without a balcony, but the windows in the room did not open at all, only air conditioning.
