But it turned out not to be so. The hotel turned out to be in a very bad condition. Although we were given a room with an ocean view, everything seemed to be fine in it, but the hotel itself was tattered and ugly. It was not a Hilton, but some really bad hotel. The food here is like everywhere else in the Emirates. The service is also not very good, as it was necessary to constantly ask for something to be changed or provided. The service was clearly not at the level of the Hilton. The only thing I liked during my vacation was the ocean.

Seafood, fish, beef, lamb, chicken, salads, vegetables, many fruits, pastries, yogurts, cheeses, sausages, fresh juices. On Thursday and Friday, the grill menu is excellent with different meats and seafood. The staff is friendly, polite, if you need something, the girls at the reception will tell you everything and respond to any request instantly. Natalia at the reception is very polite and attentive, she tries to make the guest like everything, if she asks for something, she will do it. After a while, he will ask again if everything is as you wanted. The management is doing great. A hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. During the day the beach and massages in the evening live music and belly dancing. We were mostly Europeans, some Russian speakers. We slept all night with the open window, the sound of the sea and the song of the birds, we completely relaxed. . We were unlucky with the weather of 7 days, 5 were cloudy, it rained several times, although we still swam the water was not boiling but warm, when the sun had time to burn. Even this fact could not leave a bad memory of the hotel. Relaxing hotel

Being 10 times in the Emirates, surprised that this hotel is 5 stars. I would not give more than 4 for the hotel, the territory will be better-5-; there were enough sunbeds, umbrellas for everyone, but there was also oil in the water almost every day. Restaurant - they took breakfast, in general, not bad, but there is no children's menu, it's good that the child agreed to an omelet every day. The staff is friendly, polite, there is no other way in the Emirates. I chose the hotel based on reviews and I think I made a mistake for the first time. Being so many times in the Emirates, I was disappointed with my choice. I especially do not recommend this hotel to those who travel to the Emirates for the first time. Judging by the conversation on the beach, there were few happy people.

4. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Cleaning is daily and free. A couple of times voluntarily left a tip.
5. The food is delicious but expensive. If you take all inclusive, then in principle the prices are normal.
6. Good location: has its own beach and close to the center.

They flew from Kyiv to Sharjah and back with the Arab airlines Air Arabia. Cheaper, there is a Russian-speaking stewardess on board. On the Sharjah-Kyiv flight, there was a sociable commander of the ship, who commented on the flight, the landscape, showed the Armenian Ararat and Lake Sevan. On board meals and drinks are available at an additional cost. You can bring your own drinks and food on board, I think that in limited quantities. We took water, fruit, yogurt.
From Sharjah we moved to Fujairah to the Hilton. The transfer was arranged by the Hilton Hotel. In practice, they collect a full car, we waited for an hour for a flight from Moscow. Tiring, besides late for dinner (paid).
The host was the excursion company Al Khalidiya Tourism. Transfer is always on time, English-speaking drivers. "Tez Tour" or "Natalie Tours" have Russian-speaking drivers who, during the 1.5-2 hours of transfer, also talk about the country (we went on a safari jeep with Oksana - a high level of professionalism and humanity). Impressions from the guide from Al Khalidiya - friendly, unhurried, lazy, preferred that we call him back at our own expense. He had an assistant - Bella - she compensated for his inactivity.
I liked the Hilton hotel. Small, staff and attentive. At the reception was a Russian-speaking administrator Julia. Cleaning on "4". The room overlooked partly the ocean, partly the road. When the balcony is open, you can hear the noise of passing cars. The air conditioner in the room was noisy, the staff immediately responded to the request to adjust its work - the air conditioner began to work quieter, but at night you can still hear it. Internet is paid, expensive. The cost, judging by the reviews of other tourists, varies.
The territory of the hotel is not very green, the convenience is its location in the city and the ability to walk (drive) into the city. We went out for a walk on the embankment, went to the Fujairah City Center - both of which were not impressive. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the mall. Taxi is cheap. The location of the hotel was useful - a pharmacy was needed, the prices for pharmaceutical products are much lower than in Ukraine (the necessary pills were 3 times cheaper than in Ukraine).
The food at the hotel is excellent, a lot of fresh fruits and fresh juices, meat and fish dishes are varied, there is seafood, there are few Arabic dishes. Took breakfast and dinner. If necessary, we changed dinner for lunch (you need to make a request at the reception). If the food is not "all inclusive", then drinks are paid (except for breakfast). The hotel rooms are equipped with tea and coffee sets. In the bars on the territory, the drinks are of high quality, they took white Italian wine (cool), draft beer, coffee is better prepared in the bar at the restaurant. The prices for drinks in the hotel are high.
The beach is small, there were always enough places and sunbeds. The pool (larger) is heated and cleaned daily. We swam mainly in the ocean, the water is warm, 23-25 degrees. Sometimes fish (one or two species, whitish-gray), crabs and crustaceans come across. There are many beautiful shells on the beach.
The hotel is good for a relaxing holiday and holidays with children.
There is indeed fuel oil in the water and on the beach (the hotel will warn about this with signs) after the waves at sea. The same situation happens in other hotels in Fujairah (talked with tourists from the hotel Le Meridien), because. Fujairah has a large port where tankers call to load.
We took an excursion on an Arab ship to Oman on the Musundan Peninsula (the landscapes are beautiful, the opportunity to dive from the ship, fishing unfortunately did not take place, because it was stormy).
We also went on safari. Extreme jeep riding on the dunes, the play of light and shadow on the velvet sands! There is also camel riding, a dance show - why is it an Egyptian tandoor dance? + belly dance, you can take pictures in national Arab costumes, decorate your hands with henna, barbecue, hookah, etc.
Tours are over $100. All excursions were enjoyable. You need to take into account that it is still 1.5-2 hours to go to the place, collecting other tourists in hotels (it takes 45 minutes to drive from the Hilton to other five hotels) and back, respectively, the same time.
From the Hilton, we moved to the Metropolitan Palace Hotel in Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, the location is good for shopping. The food is monotonous, they took breakfast. The rooms are equipped with tea and coffee sets. The staff is attentive, cleanliness is good. Internet is paid, 20 dirhams - 1 hour, 60 dirhams - a day.
Near the hotel there is a restaurant Sadaf - huge portions + a compliment from the institution (appetizer, soup), delicious, the atmosphere is sincere, cozy.
Also in any shopping mall there are a lot of cafes and restaurants.
On November 30, it rained all day, which turned out to be a natural disaster for the hotel staff. The hotel's basement flooded. In this regard, there was no water for a day and a half, hot water for two days and there was no Internet (paid).
The hotel is located in the Deira area. To the right of the hotel, 5-10 minutes walk away, there are Planet of Fur and World of Fur (there is a lot of information on the Internet about the controversial quality of some goods in them and the difficulties of buying). Near the hotel there are brand shops and outlets.
We went to Dubai mall for shopping. It is located near Burj Dubai, one of the tallest buildings in the world. There are also singing fountains, in the Dubai Mall itself there is a small water park and a small zoo of aquatic animals.
The fountain show is an unforgettable sight. Watched at 7pm and 9pm. The shows were different.
Shopping in Dubai mall for every budget. It is better to look at the location of the stores in advance, because. the building is huge and going to the right store will take longer than fitting and buying. For orientation, information posts are provided, there are with maps and consultants, and there are electronic ones (you choose the right place, and your location and route are displayed). In the Dubai Mall there are cars for transportation, we did not use it. On Friday (an official holiday in Dubai) it is very difficult to leave the Dubai Mall in the evening. You can stand in line for a taxi for up to 2 hours (many come to the fountain show).
In Dubai, we took an evening walk on a glazed French boat along the Dubai Creek. Elegant interior, live music (piano, electronic violin), interesting menu.

I asked to change the batteries in the TV remote control, I didn’t have time to reach the room, they already came to do everything. There is an electronic safe in the room (FREE! not like in Turkey). The only negative is a small area, but it would be more, respectively, and there would be a lot of people. So less is better. Feel free to go - you won't regret it. Turkey is not in any comparison. Only Emirates!!!!!!!!!! 1

We rested in hotels from 5.07. 2011 to 12.07. 2011. There were four of us. I'll start with the flight. At the airport I was met by a representative of TRAVCO. They showed us our driver and we went with him to the car (although at the beginning we thought it would be like Egypt 50 people in one bus, but... ), we approach the car and see a white Toyota Prado : )) the car is super-air-conditioned, clean, new... sat down and went to the hotel, we flew to Sharjah and drove to the hotel for 1 hour 20 minutes. Arriving at the hotel, we were met at the reception, there are Russian-speaking girls. quickly arranged everything, gave the keys to the room, told about the hotel. And so we enter the room. Clean, comfortable, a room with an ocean view (ours) and our second couple was given a view of the pool and the ocean. The rooms have everything, 2 bottles of water were supplied every day (free of charge) sets for coffee and tea, too - for free. The rooms were cleaned every day, everything is clean and tidy. Meals we had breakfast - dinner, we had enough. The breakfasts are good, you can choose from what to eat, but every day the same, a lot of fruit, pastries. We ate : ). Here are the dinners separately. Every evening was different, then a dinner of Mexican cuisine, then Asian, then Brazilian, Arabic. The choice of dishes is large, the most delicious was fish, at least 2-3 types. The chef prepared wonderful dinners.
One minus of the hotel is that it is very calm, there is no animation, there is no music near the pool, there is no din and noise. Towel loungers on the beach near the pool were always enough, at least at 8 in the morning, at least at lunchtime. There are a lot of local Arabs in hotels, especially before the weekend, they have weekends - Friday, Saturday. They come there with families, but it did not bother at all. The beach is clean and constantly cleaned. There were no oil slicks as many write. You can catch crabs with a fan, or run all over the shore : ))) from small to large : )). Across the road from the hotel there is a super-map where you can buy food, it is very cheap there, a large selection of dairy products, juices. We went to Dubai for one day, a taxi there cost 180 dirhams, back 260 dirhams. Dubai is very beautiful but very hot compared to Fujairah. Shopping malls, skyscrapers, palm island, everything is super. But most of all we liked the market. It is called Karama - this is an underground market in Dubai, everything is cheaper there. But the funniest thing was when you go into a shop in the market and ask, for example: Is there a Rolex hour? , they take you by the hand : ) and they take you either to the basement or to some hotel (dormitory) that is nearby, where the Pakistos who work there live, and they show you Rolex, Louis Vuitton bags, Cartier, Hermes, etc. It was it's cool when you run after them around the market, through the cellars and look for what you need : )) Adrinal is super!! ! You need to bargain to the last, they throw off exactly 40%, or even 60%, depending on what : )). We really enjoyed. In a word, we rested and skimped a little, but one day in Dubai is not enough. Fujairah also has a couple of malls (shopping centers), but they are not big. There is a gold market in Fujairah, it is cheaper than in Dubai. I really enjoyed my holiday and the hotel too.

2. With beach towels, it's just a disaster. They give them out on record every minute. And if you forgot when you took it, then you can generally be left without a towel and pay a fine of 80 dirhams.
3. The beach is small, sometimes all the tourists were smeared in oil products, since there is an oil port 3 kilometers away. True, the hotel gives out napkins for scrubbing oil stains.
4. The cuisine is varied and very decent. None of the family had stomach problems. Every evening there was a themed dinner. We liked. True, on the beach in restaurants, prices are 3 times higher than in the city.
5. At first I liked the pool, but for the last 3 days they stopped heating the water and cleaning out the debris that had flown in. The kids were cold and started to get sick. The staff ignored the comments on the quality of the water.
6. The staff did the cleaning in the rooms either very early (they broke in at 7 o'clock Moscow time) or very late - at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, when the children already wanted to wash and sleep.
7. Apart from the playground, no other playrooms were found.
8. Internet is very expensive. In a hotel in Dubai, he cost us 3 times cheaper.

They performed the functions of PLANETA TREVELS, which DID NOT WORK at all, for 11 days we did not see them AT ALL, we went on excursions ourselves, we barely left home. We have never met such a disregard for tourists, although we have been traveling for many years to different countries and through different tour operators. But I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Hello. Mixed reviews about the hotel ... which is not very encouraging. But the tickets have already been bought, so we will see everything ourselves soon. I would like to clarify one point: are drinks for breakfast free of charge or also for money? And yet, I read somewhere that they bring 0.5 liters of water to the room per person every day. This is true?
