I went to this hotel, specifically taking UAI so that there would be no problems. But, in a 5* hotel, we encounter the incompetence of the staff, misleading guests, constantly changing the concept - otherwise I cannot explain why one day some conditions apply, and another day completely different ones! No apologies for your mistakes, only mocking malice! And this is in relation to children! There was a crowd of people nearby who were also unhappy with the service!
But the unprofessionalism didn’t end there, they came to the children’s club for a paid master class on drawing on T-shirts, for which (for a moment! ) they paid 85 dirhams. According to the schedule, the program was supposed to start at 15:00, now it’s already 15:55 - it hasn’t started yet! They make the children wait! And the questions from adults and children: “When will you start? " - they don’t give an answer! No time management! No respect for guests' time, which is scheduled.
We still have to be here for a whole week, we need to be patient...because our nerves can no longer stand it!
