I left this hotel in a terrible mood. Let me start from the beginning: my daughter and I checked into the hotel at 19.30 on 07/31/19. At the reception there was a girl who absolutely did not understand the Russian language. She spoke in English. Naturally, we didn't understand it either. The only thing that understood is that we have to pay taxes. Okay, they paid. We got up. We went into the room. Daughter was delighted that there were chips. I did not know then that the mini bar is paid. The next day I find out that it is paid. I went to reception and asked to remove the mini bar. By the time I got up they had taken everything.
Went to dinner in the evening. They ask what we will drink. I am tea. They show that tea costs 25 dirhams ($ 6.5). Means to eat included, but to pay extra to drink. Horror. And more such prices. Pure mockery. And all 6 days we had to carry water with us for dinner. Checking out today and they billed $80 for chips and fanta, 0.33 ml coke. HORROR.
