We arrived at the hotel at about one in the morning on an individual transfer with the whole family: my husband and I, our son with his wife and two children (6 and 1.5 years old). At the reception we were met by a Russian-speaking DARINA. With a hostile face, she gave the room keys to our son with his wife and one child. When they asked where the second child would sleep, she shrugged. And we were generally denied a room, explaining this by the fact that the reservation came to us only from April 4th. For two hours this DARINA tried to force us to pay for three days, the children were crying, we were tired. We were given the keys after my husband suggested we call the police. The next day, the head of the porter service worked, who phoned the travel agency and resolved the misunderstanding in minutes. Thank him very much! Too bad I didn't remember his name. We were given a beautiful room with two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, 4 bathrooms in the rooms, a huge balcony along the entire room. The windows you went to the pool, but the soundproofing is normal, so we spent the day with the children resting in the room after dinner. The beach is great, the jellyfish were the first two days. The food is excellent, although we signed up every day in different restaurants, in general, too noisy. Loved the fish and meat. Turkish is beautiful, but hard on food. Oriental isn't bad either. The animation is not intrusive, mostly by the pool, but we spent more time by the sea, went to the pool with slides, there are always places. In general, the hotel is excellent!
