We chose Saranda. We were not disappointed. 5 hours drive from the airport to the resort, including 1.5 hours of serpentine, worth it to visit)
We managed to visit many places, including: various beaches within the city of Saranda and Ksamil, castles and monasteries, Butrint National Park, Blue eye lake, and much more.
Delicious national cuisine, with hints of Greece and Italy. Beautiful nature, incomparable sea, polite people.
The country is developing, among all the beauty there are heaps of garbage and construction... but this almost does not affect the rest)
The hotel is decent, it had everything you need. Only I had to have breakfast in a completely different hotel. The location is great: quiet area, variety of beaches and shops nearby. The equipment worked properly.
We almost covered 10-15 km every day. Then we rented a scooter. Well, we went to Ksamil on a local bus. For the rental itself 15 euros, refueling for 5 euros is enough for the whole day.
I liked Albania, but next time we plan to conquer new peaks) thank you very much
