Then we went up to the rooms. They were not fully prepared for the arrival. There were no trash cans, glasses, with one hanger (or without), without toiletries. As they explained to us, they did not have time to prepare. Most of the rooms had two beds pushed together. One 3-meter sheet is prepared for two people. Not all rooms had balconies. Some of the rooms have French balconies. Both those and others are not equipped for drying things. There are no teapots. The hair dryer stated in the description could be borrowed at the reception.
Everything that was not in the room had to go down and ask at the reception. It is very uncomfortable. I was surprised by the bathroom socket - a gap of 1.5 cm, in which the wires are visible. For safety reasons, this is unacceptable! Toilet lids do not fit properly or are not fitted correctly. The door handle kept sticking. Room cleaning, as we found out on the third or fourth day after leaving the room key at the reception. Toilet paper, change of towels, etc. you will need to ask at the reception every time. Housekeeping does not automatically mean this. Vacationers often left notes in English and Albanian at the reception or right in the toilet.
A continental breakfast was included in the rate. You can have breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 on the ground floor in a comfortable environment with the sound of music. A hotel employee offers milk or tea in the morning. Coffee for money. Next brings your portion. All 11 days, one unchanged breakfast was offered. Sometimes it was almost cold. It was difficult for guests with small children. Especially for those who are used to eating porridge in the morning. For a fee, you can order lunch and dinner at the hotel if you wish.

Everywhere there are many small shops, cafes, restaurants. The prices are acceptable. Portions are standard. Next to Esal there is a bakery with very tasty pizza, cakes and coffee.
Let's summarize. The sea is cool, the locals are friendly and welcoming. The owners and employees of the hotel are friendly, the hotel looks beautiful, there are many flowers on the ground floor, beautiful music, the rooms need improvement, cleaning leaves much to be desired, I do not recommend with children.
