Vienna-Munich-Paris 01.07-14.07

Hello The Fairy Team!

I would like to note all the pros and cons of this trip in order to convey information to your potential tourists, and not like that, just complain)

From the pros:

-good hotels (except for the motel in Heviz)

-professional, patient drivers Danish and Fairy

- interesting route to Paris

Of the minuses:

- an unpleasant surprise was the deception with the bus (((. Why did you have to promise that from Chop to Budapest we will go to ISUZU, and then change to a large Euroclass in Budapest, if you have already booked ISUZU and the crew?

- guides were booked only in Eger, Budapest and Munich. In Munich, we were left without a tour due to the fault of the company - the manager in the Kiev office booked a guide a day earlier. In Salzburg, they provided an excursion according to the urgent demands of our group and death threats))).

In Vienna, Paris and Nuremberg there was no professional tour. Saved?

- a tiring journey home from Paris. Long journeys, little time left to explore the cities. Why was it necessary to settle us in Heviz, if we arrived there after the closing of the baths, but had to leave before? Would it be much better to stop near Budapest, spend the next day in the city (go to the baths, the zoo or just walk around one of the most beautiful cities on the route), and move to Debrecen in the evening and spend the night there? (There is nothing to see in it, the water park is small, 1 thermal pool for an additional fee)

I hope you will take our wishes into account.

Your former tourists Alina and Leonid Kolodyazhny.

P. S. Hello to our group!

Vienna-Munich-Paris (response to your comment)

On July 19th, 2010 julia says:

Hello dear Larisa!

In response to your comment regarding the pros and cons of the trip, I want to write the following!

"Deception" with the bus.

Before you accuse us of cheating, please make sure how it really happened!

As you know, the group was small 17 people. It would be logical to send such a group on a tour in a minibus with 18 seats (it's something like a Kyiv minibus, I'm writing it right away). But we, (naturally to the detriment of our financial interests) as an agency that always worries about the comfort of its tourists, initially offered everyone a different option, namely, from Chop to Budapest, the group had to go on this same "minibus", and from Budapest further to Europe on a comfortable 30-seater ISUZU bus. This information was announced to all tourists. However, we managed, naturally again to our own detriment (I'm talking about the financial side), but for the benefit of tourists, to drive ISUZU from Budapest to Chop so that our tourists would immediately go from Chop on a comfortable Euroclass bus.

And you dare to condemn us for this? ? ?

It would probably be more comfortable for you to go to Budapest by bus like the usual "Kyiv minibus"! Please think about it! Or did you want a bus with 54 seats for a group of 17 people? It is possible, but then your tour would not cost 595 euros, but much more.

2. Now about the guides!

As far as I know, in most other travel agencies, groups are accompanied mainly by "silent" escorts. By the word "silent" I meant the accompanying functions of which are only the distribution of passports at the border, the announcement of stops for toilets and the accommodation of tourists in a hotel.

But along the way, tourists are given "about" information. Accordingly, guides are taken for such escorts in all cities.

It is forbidden to work as such guides at the Fairy, we have a competition for guides and not every guide, I mean just from the street can get a job with us.

Our guides are also guides.

Tourists are always given a good amount of information along the route. In some cities, where it is permitted by law and with a group of less than 20 people, our guides are allowed to conduct tours of the city. And very often the excursions of our guides are much better than the excursions of the locals.

3. Regarding the tiresome journey from Paris!

Before buying a tour, I really hope that you read the tour program after all. We have several tours in Paris, including the European Fireworks, Tour de France, but for some reason you chose this one, as I assume you were tempted by the price. So, in the program of the Vienna-Munich-Paris tour, all the trips, both long and short, are clearly described, we have not deviated from the program indicated on the website in any way. But if you are afraid of long journeys, you could always choose another tour, in which the journeys are shorter, but the price is naturally much higher, or book an air flight.

However, you have chosen this tour and it is a program at an economical price, so what claims to us?? ? ?

Finally, I would like to write, just for information, that a group of less than 25 people who travel along this route goes to a VERY BIG LOSS for the company, initially we wanted to cancel this trip, or announce a mandatory surcharge to people, but we went to meet people and nevertheless, they organized a tour and sent people to it without any additional payments. Extravaganza paid extra 6425 euros, just to organize this trip for you, and not spoil your long-planned vacation and such your gratitude !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!! ! !

There are few grateful people now, but I think everyone should have a normal human conscience ......

With respect and hope for your understanding!

Vienna - Munich - Paris

1) Dear and ATTENTIVE managers of the company "Feeria" - my wife's name is Alina and not Larisa

2) I ask all tourists to take into account that if the group is less than 25 people, then you are to blame for this, for which you have to pay extra, and if you are lucky, then the Feeriya company will do you a favor

3) Please note that it was originally planned that we had to go to Budapest by minibus (from the answer of the company manager), but then they did us a favor and the comfortable bus was already in Chop. That is, a comfortable bus is not a standard condition, but a favor - for which you should be grateful to the company. I hope the next group will be lucky and get a favor too. Or not...

4) In the cities of Munich, Vienna, Heidelberg, Paris, Nuremberg, Salzburg, the tour is not provided. Instead, you will have a "speaking" escort, who in some cities for the first time (therefore, he will read the information on a piece of paper, and then you will wander around the city for 4 hours), and where not for the first time, he will tell you a lot of "interesting" things (read the comments of Alexander and Oli)

5) And most importantly - remember, dear tourists: if the group is less than 25 people, this is a loss for the company, so they WILL SAVE on the group! After all, it is you who are to blame for the fact that "Feeria" cannot gather a large group. Therefore, if something is not as in the program, do not try to complain - the employees of the company regard this as ingratitude.

question for those who went

On July 15th, 2010 tourist (not verified) says:

What is the minimum amount of money to take on this tour so that it is enough for everything you need?

On July 19th, 2010 Alina Kolodyazhnaya (not verified) says:

The minimum amount must not be less than the cost of the tour. If you are traveling together 1000-1400 euros

On July 15th, 2010 Alexander tourist (not verified) says:

Rest? ? ? We traveled with Fairy on the route Vienna - Munich - Paris 01.07. 2010. - 14.07. 2010.

And to be honest - if it were not for the previous experience of traveling with this tour operator and the experience is exceptionally positive, then having tried the "charms" of this route, I would have forgotten about the existence of this travel agency ...

Even at the Kiev railway station, when meeting with the senior of the group, it seemed very strange to him, or rather her, Skorikova Tatyana Viktorovna, age (well over 60). I asked myself if a lady of such age would be able to manage a rather young group of tourists and looked into the water ...The duties of our leader were performed by all and sundry and classmates and drivers (special thanks to them! ) and just passers-by, in strangers for us cities! So why do you need a group leader then??? ? ?

Speaking of cities...In the "minor", not included in the name of the tour, Budapest, we had a very exciting tour. On this meeting with pro - guides was completed!

In Vienna, in Munich, in Paris, we were left to our own devices, with the exception of perhaps tedious, monotonous, and sometimes not devoid of some kind of selfish goals, narratives and repeatedly repeated recommendations of the same "grandmother Tanya. " "ONLY there, buy champagne and wines and ONLY there, perfumes! "

Personally, I was very annoyed by showing themed films during rather long and rather tiring journeys, when you just want to relax and sleep. So what if it's not interesting - for that a film about Sisi! It's boring (! ) - but about Kalman (in Hungarian). About Paris and Versailles - naturally in French. Being in Paris, we were persistently "inspired" - all the positive and euphoria from Disneyland is sheer nonsense! But the gloom and depression of the Russian cemetery in Paris - this is what you need!

Say it's the little things...

You may be right, but two weeks of such "little things" turn the long-awaited trip and vacation into, to put it mildly, a nightmare ! ! !

Tatyana Viktorovna! IT'S NOT YOUR THIS! Not your THIS "bread"! Sorry, but it's time to think about a well-deserved rest...

My husband and I do not

On July 15th, 2010 Olga Pavlyna (not verified) says:

My husband and I have traveled with Fairy more than once, so we decided this time to go with a trusted tour operator, but after this trip, next time we will think, Hello to the whole group who traveled from 1.07-14.07! I would like to write my impressions of the "European Trio". We indicated Vienna-Munich-Paris. There was no tour in Vienna, there was no tour in Munich, in Paris the tour was led by our group leader, reminding us more than once in which store you should buy toilet water and supposedly everything is "cheaper" there, and then it turned out that you can find everything much cheaper, with us many fell for the "advice" of the guide and spent more than they could.

Tatyana Viktorovna did not solve a single question, if it were not for the knowledge of languages, they would have slept in smoky rooms and with a broken shower and a broken bed. I really liked Budapest with an excellent hotel in the city center, so in the evening I had the opportunity to walk around Budapest at night, a cool, interesting guide Tatiana gave a lot of information, in my free time we could go to the Szé chenyi baths or to the zoo, we chose the zoo and did not regret for 2 Hours walked around, got a lot of fun. We arrived in Vienna at about 9 am, we were in a beautiful park at the palace, and then we were left to our own devices, if all the sights were not nearby, it would be hard to enjoy the beauty and grandeur of Vienna. In Munich, they gave the same thing 4 hours of free time, they took it to mercy, and then the guide, as you like, enjoy it. Paris fascinates with its beauty and grandeur and high prices.

A HUGE impression of Disneyland I have not received so many positive emotions at the same time! After Paris, many crossings are quite tiring. Our guide, as it turned out later, went on this tour for the first time and if not for our wonderful drivers, we would have had a hard time. Tatyana Viktorovna gave a lot of unnecessary information and always with erotic overtones (at the same time there was a wonderful child in the group), they even made bets on what minute who would sleep with whom and what kind of orientation who was. In general, the tour was a success, wonderful people were traveling, a wonderful cheerful company, but we were not particularly lucky with the leader of the group, the respected "Feeriya".
