At first glance I liked everything - the room is nice, they clean it daily. There are many pools, the slide is always working. Children's pool with a "shore", as in the sea - very cool. The cuisine is quite varied, as for the "troika", very tasty. It's far from the sea, but it's nice to paddle down the reserve. They did not use the hotel bus upstairs, but traveled by train for their own money. They also serve food on the beach. True, the Havana Club serves only from 11.30 to 16.30. It used to be possible, but for the money))) True, there is nothing to pay for, natural coffee is nasty, ugly.
Animation is designed more for adults - a lot of sports competitions, animators-inventors always dressed up funny. For kids, the entertainment is pretty boring. Only a mini-disco saved the situation a little.
And then surprises began - the curtains that we did not use turned out to be tattered and dirty. First, a child was poisoned by boiled sausage. Then I began to notice that yesterday's pasta was served for breakfast. a couple of times served canned fruit with compote spoiled. Only the first time they were taken off the table. And then they ignored my remarks. Some kind of sugar syrup was served together with honey, without even a single hint of honey. And at the end of the vacation, I got poisoned by fish. I understand that this is possible in any hotel. But no one wants to recommend this hotel. Although, in general, everything was fine. For the "troika" - very much so.
