Terrible tour in Bansko 29.12.13-06.12.14
1. The bus was not of European class, as the tour operator promised - excursion !!!!!
2. The head of the group (Ekaterina Gurova) allowed some tourists to take several places for 1 person, up to 5 places in the gallery. The leader of the group and her boyfriend took 2 seats in front and slept comfortably for 32 hours.
3. Hotel "RODINA 3*" - HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! For New Year's Eve in hotels, we paid 40 euros, we were fed with raw chicken chops and raw beetroot salad and this is for 40 euros !!!!!!!!!!!! .
4. On New Year's Eve, the room was robbed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! The hotel administration called the police, we were taken to the station, where everyone shrugged that they did not understand either English or Russian!!!!!!
5. After a crazy night, the hotel didn’t compensate us for anything, they didn’t even offer lunch and dinner, and we didn’t have any money or food left !!!!!!! ! And this is only the second day of the holiday. And the head of our group, who had a rest in the same hotel along with the rest of the DAVCLUB employees, pretended not to know about this incident.
EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE.
Both travel agency and hotel. And the hotel belongs to the Bulgarian tour operator TURAL. I do not recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
