Great hotel, friendly staff, delicious food. We lived for a week in a separate house (one-story). Everything worked except for the TV remote control. Despite the proximity to the ski lifts, it was very quiet, cleaning every day. The food in the restaurant is quite good. We rested with a large company and every evening we occupied a table on the veranda, no one said a word with our alcohol! I recommend for families with children, since children do not always stand the day on skis, they can be sent to a room in a protected area.

Very beautiful hotel, reminiscent of a fabulous house. Small but very cozy. Vintage furniture, beveling and comfortable. The rooms are nothing supernatural, but very nice and cozy. The rooms have a lot of space, even though the hotel is small. The gazebo near the hotel in white is simply magical. The only thing I didn't really like was the houses near the hotel, apartments.

The location of the hotel is perfect - the center itself, near the lifts. Very comfortable and beautiful.

beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. There is an excellent restaurant with a large selection of dishes and excellent Bulgarian wine. The restaurant is also suitable for children. All photos on websites about the hotel are true. The hotel is in a convenient location and quiet.

The hotel is in a convenient location and quiet. I highly recommend the houses, because skis can be stored there. equipment, and not rent it out every time, which is important if you ride several times a day.

I have been to the hotel in person. The ski lifts are located 10-15 meters from the hotel. There are two lifts, one rope tow, the second chairlift and you don’t need to go to them. The hotel is after reconstruction, small compared to the nearby monsters Rila 4 * and Samakov 4 *. In addition to the main building on the territory of the hotel there are small simple but cozy houses.

The food is indeed Spartan, but in order to eat in Bulgaria it is not necessary to become attached to the hotel in terms of nutrition, there are a large number of all kinds of cafes and eateries around. Where you can eat cheaply and very tasty.
