Is there an ATM at the hotel or nearby?
I’m traveling with children 16 and 6 years old, what kind of entertainment is there for this age, tell me if there is an ATM on the territory of the hotel or nearby, or where you can change money and what is the best way to pay in dollars, euros or leva? Is there enough sunbeds on the beach or do you have to borrow at 6 am?

enough sunbeds but if you want to be closer to the sea it is better to take. entertainment for children there is a sea. animation works fine: kids club and evening performances for children, you can rent cars for kids. There was no ATM when I was there, maybe something has changed. and of course there is a water park. take euros with you and you will not have any problems with payment. there are still stables so you can ride, but this is for an additional fee. and here is a link to a detailed map http://andaluzia.ru/gallery/map

I will not advise you about the euro - in Bulgaria everywhere you can and should pay with leva or with a bank card.
I won’t say if there is an ATM in this hotel, but the hotel is 8 kilometers away from Sunny Beach, located in a closed area ..
There is a water park, a nice beach.

banks and ATMs are located in Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach, it is better to ask in advance at the hotel reception or have money with you right away, currency exchange at the hotel may not be profitable as in all hotels..
I'm not 100% sure, but this practice is everywhere in the resorts ..

if you have dollars, don't change them for euros, change them in a bank in Bulgaria, don't change them at money changers!!! deceived. look at the exchange offices carefully - there are tricks with the exchange rate, ask - how much money they will give you for 100 euros - this should be at least 194 leva, in the resort it can be 192, but not less, if you write, call - we will help
dial +359879382120 and I will answer you right away.

thank you for your answers and another question: how much is it customary to tip there :) I mean maids and porters. And I understand that you need to take your beach towel. Is there a problem with that?

I don't know, I rarely live in hotels :)
have a place to live. Maybe someone will answer :)

there are towels in the rooms and if you want, you can take them to the beach, but if you lose them, they will charge you 10 euros. so it's better to take it with you. tea was usually given in euros. By the way, the guide of the host country can help you with the exchange. Ask him for a course and he will change it for you. Of course, you will take a little for yourself, but you don’t need to dangle. we did that

You can withdraw money from the card directly at the hotel reception, only the commission there is huge, about 10%, there are also ATMs in Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas, but even there the commission is large 5-7%. Take cash dollars with you. The best exchange rate, strange as it is seen in old Nessebar. YES CAREFULLY with exchangers, read in small print, otherwise they will write an exorbitant rate in huge letters, and from the bottom they will attribute that only every 10 dollars, for example, changes at this rate, and the remaining 9 change simply in a predatory way. Be careful, then you won’t prove anything, it’s legal there.

It’s better to take your own towel to the beach, this has never happened to me, but stories were told about how the staff stole hotel towels, and then extorted compensation from the guests for 10-20 euros per towel. For tea, let's only if you liked the service of the order of one lev and only the maid. And when you go to the beach, throw hotel towels on the floor, then they will change them to fresh ones, but it’s better to “feed” the maid right away, then everything will be fine forever. :)

in ATM you can receive money without commission up to 200 euros in BGN, I don't know about the commission

Where exactly can I pay with bank cards? Where can you buy, for example, water, juice, and all sorts of little things like shampoo or washing powder? And another question. Does each operator have their own guide or is there one for all? What tour operators did you have?

There is only cash on the territory, a small supermarket was built nearby last year, (very small), literally behind the fence, they accept cards and there is an ATM there, I remembered. Prices in the supermarket are slightly lower than on the territory, but higher than in Burgas. But basically it's okay.
