Quite decently, you can exchange euros for levs in the exchange offices of Varna - there are banks at every turn. Just grab your passport. The normal rate (were in the 1st half of June) is 1 lev for 1.95 euros. Consider what is best for you. The rate is always much lower in the hotel. We changed a little at once just to get to Varna.
