It was "Pancho" that left the kindest memories of Kranevo. Hospitable and kind hosts Valya and Plamen - a married couple, their children and mother, assistant Silvia - do everything to make your stay in their house comfortable. My husband and two children stayed with them in July, a room on the 3rd floor, very large, 3 beds + a nursery, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small table and 3 chairs, a table, a mirror, a large closet, bedside tables, a set of plastic furniture on a cozybalcony. In the bathroom there is a shower-cabin, a hairdryer (! ), a basin, a clothes dryer on the balcony - everything is to the smallest detail. Wi-Fi is better in the lobby on cozy sofas. Breakfasts and dinners - yummy, prepared by the owner himself! He fixed the stroller for us from the youngest son and did not take money! Attentive Valya offered porridge for our children on the very first morning, which made other guests happy too! The hostess or assistant for the guests brews coffee herself (for the first time in her considerable travel experience I saw this! ) People are very kind and attentive to the smallest detail! The hotel itself is very cozy, neat, the area is surrounded by greenery. It is located on the outskirts of the village - and this is a BIG, BIG PLUS!!! In the center of Kranevo resort hype, bustle, dirt, cars, rental bicycles drive along the central "trading" street, the impression from the center is unpleasant, it's better not to walk at all. . . In the same place where Pancho is located (10 minutes walk slowly from the center) there is a private sector, recently built hotels, vineyards, silence, air, a view from the balcony to the mountains, a field, a forest, birds sing, an owl lives on the drain opposite. . . Behind the hotel there is a road to the beach through a field and abandoned plum orchards. . . They gathered and ate every day, in neighboring houses you can buy from the owners everything that has grown, cheaply, they will rip it off in front of you. Near the hotel there is a shop with prices cheaper than in the center, a bakery with awesome strudel!!! Not far from the bus stop, from which you can go to number 53 to Varna on schedule. It is better to go to Balchik from Albena (walk along the beach for 20-30 minutes). In Kranevo, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the beach from the hotel, through the field, through the forest (but cars drive and it should be without rain) or through the territory of a 5 * spa hotel, across the river along the bridge, along the path lined with boards, through the horse farm. On the beach, in order to find a better place, you should go towards Albena by sea, cross two rivers in three steps (they come in flocks to spawn from the sea) - the water is cold, the contrast with the sea is clear, it’s fun to stand with one foot in the river, andthe other is in the sea))), there are no people, there is a site for nudists. The beach is wide, the shells are large and beautiful, the sand is fine or coarse - different. . . In the morning we walked along the beach, making halts, to Albena, we dined there at the administration of the resort (Central restaurant - a set lunch for 4 20 levs, including dessert and mussels boiled in a beer pot with us, discovered this place last year, and even in this they were not too lazy to go to Albena for such deliciousness and ridiculous prices), after lunch in Albena they took a bus and went to Balchik, a curious town and an indispensable place for independent visits - the botanical garden (do not overpay tour guides for an excursion, it is worth coming to Balchik and paying a penny on the spot). In Kranevo, there were only breakfasts on a tour, but a day later we ordered dinner from the hosts - a plate of hot and salad, beer or wine, and whether there was juice to choose from, or a buffet - 8 lev. The menu includes shish kebab, cabbage rolls, and some kind of zucchini rolls with feta cheese, Shopska salad, meat and seafood, and vegetables. . . From the cafe I liked Morski Dar - a family hotel in the center and on the beach of La Paya, the most pop places of Mechan Kranevo and Izvor - it's better to come at lunch, in the evening the waiters are tortured, although it's beautiful and tasty. Nothing to do in Ajax. On Volga Street, 11, there is a very cozy place TRISTNIKATA, both tasty and inexpensive, national flavor, the waiters are very pleasant. Opposite Mechan Kranevo there is a Warehouse store with prices, like in a supermarket in Balchik for ordinary citizens. To the right of this restaurant you can buy fried fish, a very popular shop, yummy!!! I repeat that it is better not to take fruit on shopping streets - Turkish, in the private sector it is very cheap and from their own farms. It is much more profitable to change money, of course, in Varna, the rate in Balchik is slightly lower, and in Kranevo in a single bank the lowest rate, in Albena is even lower. In Kranevo, it’s better to walk to Terma Palace, if you don’t get to Varna in the near future, this resort is the most profitable. In general, pleasant impressions from staying in Kranevo were left precisely because of the hotel, its owners and location. We are very grateful to Valya and Plamen for their hospitality!! !
