It takes 15 minutes to go to the beach, there was no transfer, but it was paid, expensive. The infrastructure is well developed, everything is close by.

- the hotel is located on one of the largest streets - Khan Krum, so there is no sea view and a bit noisy, but we, as people sleeping soundly and healthy, did not pay attention to this;
- The food is fairly consistent. For breakfast every day, almost the same thing: scrambled eggs / eggs, “kisele mlyako” with or without chocolate balls, sausages, sausage, hard cheese / cheese, only black tea, coffee, cucumbers / tomatoes, 2 types of juice (unfortunately, from concentrate), marmalade/honey portioned. The barmaid is not very quick, if you come later than the others, there may not be enough vegetables or milk... When something ends, you have to wait 15 minutes until she cuts / refills.

- towels are changed every 5 days (in principle, we didn’t get them very dirty, so we put up with it; )) It’s not very convenient that there was only 1 towel per person. Bed linen is changed once a week. We are not pigs, so we were not offended by this; )

From the positive:
- as I said, the hotel is located on Khan Krum street. This means that it is located in a strategically convenient place: between the old and the new city. Nearby are transport stops, several banks and exchange offices, cafes, pastry shops. The main shopping street Father Paisiy is literally 5 minutes away, there are a lot of shops and a supermarket "Mladost" with inexpensive products. Alcohol, condoms, pink soap, honey are cheaper there than in Russia. ; ) To the old town - 15 minutes.
In general, I give the hotel appropriate ratings. Have a nice holiday!

We liked the hotel itself.
At the reception we were treated very kindly. Not all Russian phrases were understood, but they always tried to help with advice.
The room has a TV, air conditioning with remote control and a refrigerator - you don’t need to pay for them separately, otherwise we were worried at first. The room is comfortable enough. On the balcony - a plastic table and chairs, we ate fruit there in the evenings. There were ropes with clothespins on the balcony, so there was a place to dry the clothes.
Cons: unpleasant smell from the air conditioner; a combined bathroom, where the shower is located directly above the toilet, and the water flows into the hole in the floor, if you do not remove the toilet paper, it will definitely get wet.
I liked the service, however, once the maid took the towels, but forgot to bring new ones. But I brought it as soon as I was reminded.
The double bed has two mattresses. The mattresses were very slippery, so the sheet slipped off. The husband pinned it with pins) It turned out to be quite problematic to buy pins, because the Bulgarians did not understand the word “pin”, and we did not know how to say it in Bulgarian. Too bad we didn't take a dictionary with us.
Interesting translucent elevator.
Bus stop practically next to the hotel. Nearby there are many shops, cafes, not far from the post office and the bank.
Seagulls and cormorants screamed very loudly. But we somehow got used to it.
Passports, documents and money left in the safe at the reception. It costs 50 leva (about 250 thousand Belarusian rubles at that time) for 10 days. Part of the money was hidden in different places in the room. Everything is safe and sound.
I can’t say anything about food, we didn’t have it included, we ate on our own, we have never been to the hotel restaurant. Nearby was a chicken cafe "Alex's" - it seems to have been called something like that. Dined there several times. The owner himself is always very attentive to visitors, and he himself makes sandwiches, which he sells nearby.

The hotel is in the center almost at the intersection of two central streets. There are several shops on the ground floor. There are many cafes around. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to old Nessebar. The beach is 5-7 minutes walk. (I advise you to go to Sunny Beach. The beach is much better there). The people working are friendly.
Settled immediately, did not make to wait 14 hours. The number is like a number. Only the fridge didn't work. Applied 2 times, the result is zero. Hot water was available in the morning. After dinner it was warm. Sunday night - icy. (Imagine our "joy" after a day spent at sea. ) Breakfast: 3 types of eggs (hard boiled, fried eggs and chatter), coffee (bad), black and green tea (bags), cocoa, sour milk, 2 types of juice ( chemistry), 2 types of cereal, you can fry toast, sausages, sausage, ham, cheese, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, butter, honey, confiture. Once there were croissants, one - cookies, rolls. Twice they asked for dry rations, because. went on a tour. In one they found a tomato with mold.
I can’t say anything about the frequency of cleaning, I didn’t bother. Rubbish was removed - and it's good. Towels and linen were changed once.
They lived on the first floor, they do not consider the basement as a floor. From time to time, a local cat, Siwa, would visit our room. Inspected. Neighbors fed her milk. In the middle of the night, she climbed into their room and put things in order. ))
Conclusion: the hotel is quite suitable for an overnight stay. And there is nothing more to do in the room on vacation.

We rested from May 1 to May 13.2012. We went to review Bulgaria and buy an apartment. The hotel is completely satisfied. Ideal location. To two beaches 6-7 minutes. On the ground floor of the hotel there are several shops: not expensive, high-quality clothes, shoes, children's goods, products. … More ▾ We rested from May 1 to May 13.2012. Nearby there is everything you need for life - banks, a bus stop, a lot of cafes. Alcohol - pennies branded whiskey, rum, cognac - from 250 rubles per liter.
For 20 rub. you can get to the center of Sunny Beach, St. Vlas. For 60 rubles. - to Pomorie, Burgas. To the old Nessebar - on foot, slowly - 10 minutes. In general, we were lucky - we settled in a 2-room apartment on the 5th floor with a gorgeous sea view at no extra charge. The owners of the hotel deserve special admiration. They are wonderful, sensitive and friendly people.
Bulgaria is a wonderful country. Here you feel freedom, great nature, air, sea. Everything is cheaper than in our country by 2 times. We count towards retirement in general
leave this inadequate, corrupt and unpredictable Russia

We didn’t really like the hotel, although it was clean and comfortable, the linen was changed every other day, a rich hearty breakfast. The problem is that a powerful refrigerator was installed there, which was incredibly noisy, it was impossible to sleep. At our request, we were moved to the other side of the hotel, which overlooks the main street with a lot of traffic, so we also had to close the doors and windows. We were saved by the fact that we either sunbathed or walked around the old city, so we came to hotel only late in the evening.

I didn’t like the hotel, the windows on one side overlook the roofs, the refrigerator is very noisy and vibrates, it’s impossible to sleep. Changed to the other side of the hotel - very strong noise from the main street from early morning until late at night. Even double-glazed windows did not save. In addition, all 10 days after breakfast in the dining room of the hotel there was a strong allergy. … More ▾ I didn’t like the hotel, the windows on one side overlook the roofs, the refrigerator is very noisy and vibrates, it’s impossible to sleep. Quite a decent hotel. Good: good location. 300 meters to the north beach, 500 to the south, 500 to the old town. The main shopping streets - there are two of them - intersect right at the hotel. One hundred meters to banks, just forget about other types of exchange. Exchange at freaks in exchangers. It's not even a hoax, it's a robbery, believe me. you won't be a winner. It will turn out almost one and a half times cheaper than in bank exchangers. The Bulgarians themselves call them a scam. The hotel is in order, the room is cleaned. Everything is decent in the room, air conditioning, comfortable beds, TV, everything is no worse than four stars. Thanks to the hotel employee Eleonora.
A little bad, if only to find fault with it. Breakfast is the same, but it doesn't matter. I didn't really bother with food. Host Landis tour. Everything was worthy, accurate and convenient. Thanks to Atanas, Tsveta.
Very good water parks. Was in both. Well, very good. A little too many people. Well, what to do. . .
I ordered excursions to Istanbul, or rather Constantinople, one minus - a long ride under eight hours. There was also an excursion - Veselo village. Very worthy. For lack of time - a sort of blitz campaign through Bulgarian culture. Yes! the most delicious is not at the beginning of the meal, but at the end of it, that is, do not fill your belly with all sorts of salads that are difficult to digest.
Don't just learn to make their clay plates and mugs with the help of a local potter. 10 leva is not a lot of money, of course, but all this junk has cracked. Why are you disappointed. Buy yourself two bottles of good wine with this money, or something else.
Bulgaria is a beautiful country, quite friendly people. If it were not for that rat in the exchanger, she would burn in hell : ), then the best impressions. I told her about it. I hope she's not Bulgarian. Yes! Beware of gypsies, often a little thieving : )
Everything seems to be about the main thing. Ask - I will answer
