You write what you want to get from the vacation, your family composition and they will definitely help you. Maybe not Pomorie will advise. And most importantly - do you need a budget hotel or can it be more expensive? At the same time, keep in mind that the quality also depends on the price, i.e. for 3 kopecks there will be no service for 3 rubles. I would still advise something, but I do not know your priorities. In Pomorie, the beaches are not always good, on the one hand there are stones, near the Interhotel Pomorie. I like the Regatta Hotel there. Or the apart-hotel Pomorie Bay, this is just another side.
Perhaps Nessebar or the southern (quiet) part of Sunny Beach is better for you.

And the "habits of the owners" can be found in the reviews on the Internet, as Irina said. Bulgaria is not a foreign country!

- Albena Travel, reviews of which are either "yes", or rather "no", despite the Bulgarian hostess;
- Apollonia tour, according to reviews, is similar to her sister Albena.
And I, in the opinion of the insightful life-ok - "the person obviously does not want to buy a tour package."

Go to Bulgarian sites, there are a lot of offers. Contact the owner, find out about his habits, book and - on vacation! The same "Albena Travel" will open the visa in five days. And if visas are canceled, then there will be no problems at all. By car from Kyiv to St. Vlas can be reached in 19 hours (bus - 36 hours, train too).

Those who do "everything on their own" for the first time, then write negative reviews about the whole of Bulgaria, while visiting only one, unsuccessfully chosen hotel. So, now I will have many "reasons" to scold everything in the world: for the lack of Wi-Fi, a plasma TV, poor cleaning, ... - the usual set of a tourist who escaped to / to ABROAD and wants to get everything, for all your 20 cents!

I know this hotel. Well located and decent rooms. But there is a separate fee for air conditioning, so you know and are ready. If you asked me for recommendations on Nessebar (I love this town), then you can consider a couple more inexpensive hotels there - this is Orpheus, which we go to very often and we really like Andreev there, on the same street as Orpheus .
In September, I would also recommend you to consider Gloria on St. Constantine. You can, if you want, read here my review called Gloria in September 2014. Suitable for people who want to relax without fuss in a green resort.

"Dress" ceased to be of interest at all, and I did not hear loud abusive words about Pandora the day before.
