Just returned from vacation. Rested with a child of 4.5 years. The hotel was chosen so that it had good food, amenities in the room (good shower and air conditioning). The hotel is suitable for families with children (85% of vacationers were with children). I read a lot of reviews and they are radically different than ours.
We arrived in the evening, met the security guard, helped with the bags, settled in 10 minutes. The room is big, clean. They didn’t clean it thoroughly (they didn’t wipe the dust), but they vacuumed it every other day, towels were changed on demand. There is a small refrigerator, a lot of trempels, there is a rope for drying clothes on the balcony. There is a set of cosmetics (soap, shampoo). We did not use, but they provide such a set.
The room overlooked the pool and was right next to the lobby bar, but with the door closed, the soundproofing made it possible to sleep peacefully.
The main thing for me was food for the child, for 95% everything suited me.

In the morning there were 2 types of porridge, cereal, oatmeal, milk, yogurt, fried eggs, scrambled, boiled, many types of sausage, fried bacon, croutons, casseroles, delicious cheese, soft sir, Dutch cheeses, vegetables (large choice), bread ( there is a toaster), buns, butter, sweets, dried fruits and fruits.
Lunch 2 types of soup, pasta or rice, steamed vegetables (peas, broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots), raw vegetables, salads and snacks 8 varieties, olives, cheeses, and 4 types of hot main courses: something with chicken, veal or fish, and a pork dish. there were grilled vegetables (peppers, eggplant, zucchini and mushrooms). Fruits (banana, 2 types of apples, oranges and grapefruits, kiwi, apricots and peaches, nectarines, plums and cherries). Approximately 6 types per reception. There was ice cream, something sweet, beer and wine, sweet water. We brought our own water, which we bought and drank throughout the day.
There was also an afternoon snack 16-17 (pizza, french fries, sandwiches, cookies, fruit and ice cream)
Dinner: almost everything that was for lunch was on Thursday evenings of Italian cuisine (tuna salad, caprese, spinach lasagna, lasagna bolognese). They also served potato groten, casseroles.
The only nutritional nuance for my child is a small assortment of cereals, and a lot of french fries. She was served every day for lunch, dinner and afternoon tea, and most of the children ate her ((((
desserts for everyone.
I read a lot about the administrator Nina, yes she is, she works, but we have never seen aggression on her part. Polite, caring - she often helped the children put on ice cream, maintains order. They wrote that they were not allowed to take out food, I think that's right, because there are a lot of children, and when they did take out something, then ice cream lay somewhere on the floor, crumbs, etc.
The waiters are very friendly!
In the lobby bar and pool bar there were also local drinks, we practically didn’t try anything, so it’s hard to say something.
About the hotel there is also Wi-Fi paid 1 lev (about half a euro) for 1 device. Works more or less well.

For children there is animation. Animator Nick is very positive and knows how to find an approach to children. There is a minimal children's room, it was useful to us 1 time (during the rain). There are evening dances for children.
I read about the pool that there is no sun in the afternoon and cold water in the nursery. In fact, there is indeed a shade, after 12-13 hours, but the water circulates between the adult and the child, so the water is warm. After 19 no one swims in the pool, according to the rules.
To the sea to go 10-12 minutes with a child. We were ready for this and it suited us.
I recommend this hotel, who doubts, I hope my review will help you))))
