The hotel was chosen due to the discount on tours + good reviews of the hotel. Traveled with my husband in early June. At the reception, they took documents from us, studied them for a long time, then whispered excitedly, which they strained solo, because we did not understand what was happening. Our questions were answered that everything was fine. As a result, they asked to wait, because the room was not ready. We decided to leave things in the luggage room as usual and go to the beach. There is no storage room! There is a corner on the side of the reception, near the toilet, the entrance of the hotel. We were offered to leave our luggage there. Naturally, we refused and settled down on a sofa in the foyer. The bartender guy brought us coffee to somehow smooth the wait. For some reason, the staff walked around with an apologetic look. After 10 minutes we were handed the keys, which we were incredibly happy about! There were no towels in the room. So as soon as we unpacked our bags and went to the beach, we went through the reception and asked about towels. They promised to deliver. Upon returning from the beach near our room, the cleaning lady fussed and, seeing us, began to apologize that she had forgotten about the towels and that she had brought them. In fact, they were carefully laid out on the bed. In the room we were in for an unpleasant surprise in the form of cold water in the shower. Well, we laughed, cheered up, deciding with whom it doesn’t happen, we forgot to heat the water. In the evening the water was heated. Regarding the shower - the water from 8 days of rest 3 was cold, not even the right word - icy! The sea has warm water. In the mornings there was another joke - the water was heated to such a state that even opening a tap with cold water boiled water 2 times during our stay there! Regarding the cleaning in the rooms - the floors are washed in the room, shower and on the balcony, the garbage is taken out theoretically every day, toilet paper is reported, towels and bed linen have never been changed to us. On the second day of rest, we left money for the cleaning lady, because she really tried. The next day, she came to the clock at 2 pm, when we were sleeping, naturally asked not to clean that day. The next day, she herself decided not to come. In the evening, I could not stand it and went down to the reception to ask why we at least did not take out the garbage. Immediately, a cleaning lady on duty was sent to us, who grabbed the garbage from the room and wanted to leave, I myself took the garbage out of the toilet for her. In short, starting from the next day, they came to us to clean up before dinner and everything was shining. As for food - yes, the choice is not large, but you will not go hungry. On the first day, it was very hard with food, but from the next day everything was corrected. There were additional trays with food. The cant of the hotel and the lack of places in the dining room. During our stay at the hotel, a camp of crests arrived. They made noise in the dining room, occupied 3-4 tables at once and sat there until the dining room closed, bawling songs. It's just awful! For moms - there are 2 tables for feeding babies. There is also a children's swing in the backyard, a slide and a house for children's entertainment, and of course a children's pool. The bar has a sufficient selection of alcohol, but again.... Bartenders don't listen when you tell them to stop with strong drinks. It seems that they want to quickly get the whole hotel drunk and go to rest. Go to the beach for 10-15 minutes, not strained if there was a shadow along the way. This is not a cant of the hotel, just by the way, to protect the body from the sun's rays, otherwise you can get burned without comprehending the beach. Regarding the party places, the hotel is well located. There is peace and quiet in this regard, there is no animation, there is no music playing by the pool, there are no eternally screaming Germans. The contingent of vacationers - Russians, Moldovans, Romanians, Bulgarians, crests (who outdid the Germans in terms of noise). As a result, a plus in the hotel that they instantly respond to comments, a fat minus in an icy shower and a lack of space in the dining room. Decide for yourself if you want to stay there or not. Personally, we made a conclusion!

The hotel was chosen based on the price-quality ratio and reviews on travel sites. For the first time in Bulgaria, we were a family of 3 people, before that we rested in hotels in Turkey, Egypt, GOA. The hotel is clean, the rooms are mostly freshly renovated and new furniture. An extra place for a child is a folding chair-bed, our 2-year-old son fits there wonderfully, but for a child over 5 years old, there will be clearly not enough space.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are mostly freshly renovated and new furniture. An extra place for a child is a folding chair-bed, our 2-year-old son fits there wonderfully, but for a child over 5 years old, there will be clearly not enough space. I have never seen such clean bed linen and towels even in the Turkish five. The hotel is located quite well, near the center of the town, supermarkets, bus station. The beach is 10-15 minutes walk through the picturesque area. we went to a free beach without sunbeds (next to a paid beach, 100 meters towards Nessebar, on a paid beach 1 sunbed and 1 umbrella cost 20 leva - about 800 rubles! ). The food is excellent, several types of meat (pork, chicken, kebabs, even lamb was), 2 types of fish, salads, soups. Sausage products, unlike Turkish ones, are more or less natural. For breakfast, milk porridge for children is not cooked, I had to do without them. The drinks are varied, the people were very pleased : -), the staff is friendly. Of the shortcomings - the territory. It is very small, and almost not fenced, there is no playground. For families with children, this is important. The direction to the declared water park of the hotel "Kuban" had to be literally begged and demanded at the reception by the administrator, only after that they apologized to us and the issue was resolved. Less pushy hotel guests did not get into the water park. In general, the hotel is very good, but there is room for improvement! I recommend!
