These are solid 3 *, do not trust anyone.

Now I’ll write to Turpravda, let them fix it.

Solid 3 *, even closer to 4 *. Excellent hotel, though located on the outskirts of Sunny Beach, closer to Nessebar! We liked it!

Thanks a lot! And then we already paid the money, I was very worried. You have put my mind at ease :)

I am now here (sunny coast) Esperanto near from. Kotva, I also wanted this hotel at first, but then I changed my mind in time, I didn’t like the fact that there are trains and a stop and a bus stop nearby, and in short, everyone walks by

3* and period. No more. Didn't like the hotel very much. Just from there (July 2011). Lots of questions about service in the restaurant. Not everyone speaks Russian at the reception. I had to insist on changing the number. The first one had a 1.5-bed cot, although it had a sea view.
аватар Lusien28
a half-sleeping folding bed - is it for two ??? Did you have dinner or did you order at the hotel restaurant? What is the price? Thanks in advance for your replies. I need info - I'm going there in a week.
аватар inna6367
Yes, double bed. But we were very indignant at what we saw, and we were transferred to a normal room the next day without any problems.
We originally booked a package with breakfast/dinner. The cost of dinner included the amount of 140 euros per person for 2 weeks.
Less hassle and have fun!
аватар Lusien28
Thank you! Before your review there was very little information. Following. once I book, having carefully studied all the pros and cons!
аватар inna6367
I apologize for the typo: 140 euros for dinners for 2 weeks was for two. Don't worry, this hotel is definitely not the worst. My child was resting nearby in Actinia 4 *. That was definitely a nightmare. Read.
аватар LaFifa
inna6367, excuse me, but where can I read about the "nightmare in Actinia"? :) My friends rested there two years ago, they liked it there more than in Kotva. They dream of returning to Actinia again, but finances do not allow, so they had to take "Esperanto"...
аватар Lusien28
Read now your review of Actinia with her daughter (16 years old) !! She really liked everything! Especially the phrase that no one cares where and how you spend your time, even at night !! All in all, we had a great laugh! By the way, we also have a white idea to send a child to a youth camp, but we need an attendant. In short, it's easier to just go and relax with your daughter. And what was the name of your camp? We selected the "Dunes". There were promised clubs, classes, beach. volleyball, etc. By the way, I understood what you didn't like. And as a child, was she satisfied or not?
аватар LaFifa
My friends in "Anemone" were more fortunate, probably because, firstly, they are no longer "pioneers";), and secondly, they rested in September. And they remembered the hotel as quiet and comfortable. By the way, they praised breakfasts very much, they said that they ate until the very evening. I myself went to visit them, in "Actinia". outside the hotel - "scoop-scoop", but inside the rooms are very nice, with new furniture. Friends had a chic balcony with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. They were cleaned daily and meticulously. There really are no curtains in the shower, but for Bulgaria such a "design" is more the rule than the exception. In general, I was surprised by your review of "Anemone". Well, in two weeks, friends will move into Esperanto, let's see what they say about it :)
аватар inna6367
The camp was unnamed. Actinia and all. We were also promised classes, animators, etc. But there was nothing. My daughter is 17. When I learned about all this, I just took her with me. She was determined to fool around in the water, play volleyball. And not with anyone. Everyone was either dormant during the day or scattered in all directions.

inna6367 - yes, it's a pity. Unfortunately, it is really very difficult to organize young people now. Although they may not have strained in this regard. I was warned in the travel agency that it is better to send children with friends, because if she gets into a group where everyone knows each other, it will be difficult for her to join, especially in such a short time (the ticket is designed for 12 days). Although, if everyone is not familiar, I think the difficulties in communication are the same.

Thank you for your understanding, Lusien28. Now, after the arrival, all the negativity has gone into the background, and only good impressions remain. In general, we had a good rest: the weather was good, we went on several excursions, and in general it was summer ... Have a good trip :) Be careful with air conditioning: it seems that half of Sunny Beach is coughing due to excessive enthusiasm for the latter.
аватар inna6367
LaFifa, I fully admit the idea that the hotel, after the "breakdown" by teenagers in the summer, is brought to life in September. And in any hotel there are rooms of different categories. In general, in 2 years, or even in a year, a lot can change both for the better and for the worse. Indeed, in winter, only dogs and cats run around in many resorts in Bulgaria. And in the spring, all the staff are recruited on a new one (from new ones). Your friends, too, pleasant impressions of the rest. Write later how you like)
аватар Lusien28
inna6367 and what excursions have you been on, what would you advise? Have you been to the water park? If there were, how much does it cost?
аватар Lusien28
inna6367 So let's not let cats and dogs run around! Let's go skiing to Bansko in winter!

We went to the Bulgarian village, watched dancing on hot coals. + dinner + wine without restrictions (50 leva per person). Well, so-so. All the dances came down to the fact that 1 person walked around the coals, vilified a couple of girls. The disco after that was nothing when everyone was already cheerful. I really liked the tour Balchik-Cape Kaliakra. Beautiful bot_garden, tasting, lunch. True, wines to buy are very expensive, from 25 leva per bottle and more. The cape extends far into the sea, very beautiful. We wanted to go to Istanbul, but our visa did not allow it. 2 days - about 200 leva per person. Thank you for the ski offer ) Unfortunately, I have already used up my vacation. The next one won't be until spring. Were in the water park behind Nessebar. The price is the same there and in Sunny Ber. - 32 leva all day, 24 - from 15.00 to 18.30. I liked it very much. All money was handed over at the entrance to the watch-card: very convenient. When they left, they gave up. The locker in the locker room seems to be 3 leva, but you can leave it on a sunbed if you don't take anything of value. In general, I liked the fact that you can leave things on the beach, go into the water for a long time. No one will touch anything)

Inno, thank you for the answer. It's a pity I read it after returning from vacation. We did not manage to visit Esperanto. When we arrived, we were told that there were no places there (although we booked for 2 months), and took the devil somewhere from the sea, to a hotel of the third line, near the construction site. I was lucky that I was not alone. We gathered 8 people, we did not get off the bus, demanded or our hotel, or 4 * somewhere nearby. To which the representative of the tour operator claimed that there were no seats anywhere. After 4-5 years of bribery, visa police, taking the bus driver hostage, taking the bag from the representative (she even wanted to disappear!), We still had a good rest - we were sent to a 4 * hotel Royal Park in Elenita (15 km) from SB), where everything was included. Here's a detective - or a thriller, decide for yourself! With a good ending.
I'm sorry, I didn't know - it was possible to go to Kaliakra, but your answer was waiting for the last one, then we went to the airport.
We once went to the SAT, but it was raining and somehow sad, and then Nessebar went by bus and boat.
аватар inna6367
Welcome back, Lusien28 :) You've had worse adventures than ours. But I'm glad that things eventually settled down and you clamored for a good rest. We all wanted to go to Elenite, but we never had to. What kind of entertainment is there to do in the evening? The rest itself is probably more expensive than in Solnechny?
аватар Lusien28
Thanks! Olenite - a small resort "village ". In principle, Bulgarians do not live there - it is a complex of several hotels. FINALLY, THE TERRITORY IS LARGER, IT'S INTERESTING TO WALK THERE. FIRST OF ALL - HOLIDAYS FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. My daughter spent the day on the fifth - no discos, peers too. However, good animation. She got stuck on beach volleyball. Disappeared there before and after lunch. Luxurious water park. many slides. I went to aqua aerobics. It probably doesn't make sense to go there. It is north of the WB, where St. Vlas immediately begins, it is quite a large village, but from there begins a strange (and maybe not very for Bulgaria!) Pattern - luxury hotels, with a beautiful landscaped area - bushes, fountains, then a fence, meters of twenty-two meters of dusty weeds, then again the fence and the next hotel. In the deer you alone. It is better not to go outside the hotel.
We went to the supermarket a couple of times - the road without sidewalks, when masks go, you have to jump into the weeds, piles of garbage. The territory of the hotel is beautiful - no words. Meter after meter is gaining space near the mountain, new buildings are being built just below the mountain (construction is preserved in summer). As for the price - very expensive - looked at the prices,

there in August a room overlooking the sea for two - 140 euros, for the park - 120 euros. So it’s still without a road, you still have to get there. In the evening we walked, you can go to these hotels like on an excursion to a museum - design solutions are very interesting. There is animation there - an evening show at 8 pm, but this is for children 3-10 years old, they have fun - they dance, pirate evenings, etc. We tried all the alcoholic cocktails, they do it differently in different hotels, and our package included the services of all the surrounding hotels, we could drink and eat everywhere there. (ALL INCLUSIVE !!) Well, in short, my daughter gained 5 kg, and I even I don’t stand on the scales, and it’s clear, I don’t fit into skirts. I liked the sea in Bulgaria very much - we were not shallow near the coast, but you swim about 50 meters - a spit, a shallow to the waist, further depth. The water is purest. True, jellyfish are huge. Climate. wonderful, we didn’t turn on the air conditioning - it’s cool in the morning and evening, we opened the door to the balcony, at night, too, from open. slept on the balcony. We didn’t have discos, we slept great, I never fall asleep so quickly at home. There only on the pillow - and sleep!! As a result, we were very pleased
