Today only from Kalofer. . . The hotel is quite normal, however, far from the sea. At first, the impression of the hotel was quite positive, we had a 2 + 2 room, the first 3-4 days were cleaned every day and well, and after that they practically stopped cleaning, they didn’t even take out the garbage... in 12 days the bed was changed 3 times, but all this is nothing: yesterday, when checking out from the room, they did not find one small towel (towels, by the way, are gray and old) and we had to pay 15 lev for it, that is, about 7.5 euros. Moreover, on the same day, the rest was ruined in the same way for the Polish family (they searched through all the suitcases, but didn’t find towels, and then they said that if there were no towels, then you had to pay). I was also told by the administrator that every one is needed!! ! day to check the availability of all items (towels, glasses, bed linen) and if something is missing, report immediately. We had 2 children, we came to rest, we have nothing else to do, how to count everything every day!! ! in short, the impression was greatly spoiled, they found a way to earn money...
