УЖАСНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ, НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ HORRIBLE HOTEL, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I really want to express MY DEEPEST DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISSATISFACTION from staying at the hotel "Kokiche" 3 *. Previously, I never wrote bad reviews about hotels, because everywhere after one or two complaints the staff tried their best to fix everything, which was not even mentioned in Kokiche. Here, even after demanding the book "Complaints and Suggestions" and writing a HUGE COMPLAINT, nothing followed.
The first most terrible problem in this hotel, in my opinion, is the RUDE, TERRIBLY DISPUTABLE STAFF.
1) The girls at the reception are completely incompetent. They don’t know the answers to simple questions like “where is the nearest stop in Nessebar”, and moreover, they don’t even try to help you somehow. It is necessary to remind a hundred times about relocation from an unsatisfactory room, but it is better to go straight to the main thing.

2) Canteen staff. It's just a nightmare. They do not allow you to sit quietly at a table on the terrace, because not all the places in the covered dining room are occupied. Absurd. And if you try to do it the way you like, YOU WILL BE CURED WITH THE BULGARIAN OBUSE!! ! How can such people even work in hotels and hold the positions of managers of the dining room ???
3) The main bosses are exactly the same as the service personnel. With any problem (resettlement, dirty towels), they will send you to hell and threaten that they will allegedly force you to pay for something.
Problem number 2. THE NUMBERS DO NOT MATCH THE PICTURES TOTALLY. Very small, uncomfortable, dirty tiles everywhere on the floors, mattresses and beds are all stained. It is immediately clear that the hotel was battered, but not brought back to normal. We wanted to move in, because we booked the wrong room in which we were settled. So we waited for this miracle for 5 DAYS (out of 10 rest)!!!
THE MOST SHOCKING IS THE FOOD IN THE DINING ROOM. We paid not so little for our stay in Kokich, even by the standards of Bulgaria. And for our money they gave us DILUTE MILK, COFFEE, TEA. For breakfast, there was nothing to eat at all, except for watermelon. At dinner there were two dishes to choose from, but such that after dinner you had to go to a cafe so as not to be hungry !! ! OUT OF 10 I CAN SUPPLY FOOD IN KOKICHE 3 WITH A MINUS!! ! The rest is solid semi-finished products, with which it is very easy to get poisoned with a weak stomach. All 10 days the food was monotonous. Everything is done just for the sake of appearance, as if "HERE WE HAVE EVERYTHING 3 STARS". But in fact the hotel is not worth even one star.
A couple of days before departure, after we wanted to change the towels, as they became dirty for 4 days without a change, but received a rude refusal, we DECIDED TO WRITE A COMPLAINT. After that, all the staff just devoured us with their eyes and, probably, cursed. BUT!! ! There was no apology or change.
And also in the hotel ROUTINE AS IN A CHILDREN'S CAMP. At 9 pm, the doors between the buildings are closed, security guards go everywhere and ask for age (BUT WE COME ON HOLIDAY AND WE HAVE BEEN 18 FOR A LONG TIME).
Everyone with whom we did not communicate in the hotel is very unhappy with it.

I think that nothing will change in Kokich after our complaints and feedback, but I am writing this for people SO THEY DO NOT STEP ON OUR RAKE!! ! CHOOSE YOUR HOTEL CAREFULLY!!!
AND NEVER COME TO KOKICHE (if you don't want to later remember the holiday in Kokiche as the worst in your life)!! !
