I rested there, I consciously do not advise you to take this hotel, because firstly: a very noisy hotel (yes, it’s really near the road but not on the road, it’s about people), secondly, it’s dirty and old (only new slides), thirdly - poor food about a lot of people, there is always a lack of basic things in the canteen so that spoons, forks and tables. At night, drunken German youth may burst into your room by mistake. The hotel often hosts children's camps from different countries, so it's very hectic there. I stayed in another hotel this year not far from Kotva. Calypso 4, so you can go to Kotva on the slides from the street for a fee, in my opinion 5 euros. all day. So I strongly recommend you another hotel (quieter) and come to visit Kotva.

As for taking food out of a restaurant, this is not accepted not only in the Kotva hotel, but throughout the world. In Hungary, my tourists were fined 10 euros for taking out a bitten sandwich. The buffet is what it is - eat everything you can in the restaurant, and not outside it. If you want to eat in your room - call the room service.

the center is not bad for those who have adult children, I would not live there because it is very noisy even at night, people walk under the windows drunk songs yelling or neighing like horses (drunk youth). I recommend closer to Nessebar still quieter.
