We chose another hotel, a little more expensive, but the tour operator said that there were no places for our date and offered us the Sanny Beauty Palace hotel.
The first impression is good, the room is clean, though not 100%, but you can live.
I want to say that we were not cleaned even once in 5 days. After 3 days we asked to clean the room but they only changed the towels for us and took the trash. Everything!!!
I won’t say anything about food, the food is the same every day. Within 5 days I was very tired, they represent those who rest longer.
There are a lot of groups of children who were very noisy at night, and they were the first to come to the "canteen" because there was no restaurant there and they ate almost all the food. If suddenly a little delayed there was practically nothing.
The dining room is dirty.
In general, I do not recommend the hotel Sanny Beauty Palace, especially for families with small children like us.
