Hotel Wela is 4* but trust me it deserves all 5 stars. The hotel is clean, tidy, very well maintained, the furniture is new, everything is perfect with plumbing. I experienced absolutely no inconvenience while relaxing in this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and a pleasure to sleep on. The food is very tasty, the aroma alone was worth it.

And the coffee there is generally amazing, I have never tried this before, moderately tart and very rich. The territory is large and very beautiful, we loved walking along it to admire the sunset, it was an amazing view. I have only positive memories after the holidays. If you ask me if I would like to stay at the Wela Hotel again, I would answer - "YES! ". I really liked everything very much. Thanks to everyone who is involved in the arrangement of this hotel, you are great fellows.

The hotel also has a swimming pool, bar and sauna. I still managed to go to cosmetic procedures, go to the gym. And with my husband we played tennis, badminton, darts and mini-golf) We tried everything, there are a lot of entertainments here, you won’t get bored) We went in our free time to the city of Nessebar, it’s very close, where about 15 minutes. We got to know a little about the local culture, ate delicious food. There are also many restaurants in the hotel itself and the food is chic)) I liked the banitsa - a traditional Bulgarian puff pastry, unusual but very tasty. In general, I advise everyone who wants to relax and take a break from the local bustle)

The hotel was given 4 stars, not 5, as it seems to me, only because it is not on the first line. Walk to the sea 3-5 minutes. 1000 meters is not there (as written in the description). And everything else is great. It all depends on your mood! If you came to look for flaws, you will find in 5 stars. hotels. So about the hotel:
1) I was very struck by the multinationality of the guests (Bulgarians themselves, and Romanians, Moldovans, Americans, British, Germans, Russians, Ukrainians, in short color)
2) in the rooms everything is cozy, clean, compact, nothing more. The bed was changed 2 times in 7 days of vacation. Towels were only changed if you threw them on the bathroom floor. Cleaned while we were at breakfast. Very convenient, by the way.
3) Food. Well, I don’t know, of course you can find fault, but you don’t want to. I write as it was. Breakfast is ALWAYS the same. Omelet, scrambled eggs, bacon, boiled eggs, vegetables, salads, sweets, muesli, milk, fruits, tea, coffee. Lunch and dinner are duplicated, but every day is different. Meat was: pork, beef, veal, chicken, fish. Garnish: pasta, fries, rice, steamed vegetables, boiled potatoes, baked. For lunch and dinner there were always first courses. On the veranda there was always something grilled, either chops, or cutlets, or pieces of chicken. In short, you won't go hungry.
4) Alcohol. All includes only local, quite tolerable. There are 4 bars in total. In the main restaurant, in the lobby, by the pool and on the veranda. True, alcohol is poured through the teeth, to us, Ukrainians and Russians! The bar in the lobby is open until 12 at night, so you won’t be left without alcohol!
5) SPECIAL THANKS TO THE TEAM OF ANIMATIONS!!!! ! The guys are just great!!!! ! Every evening something new. We went all the time and had no regrets. Clockwork, a pleasure! They arranged a Bulgarian evening one evening (they got much more pleasure than went on an excursion, then regretted the money thrown away) By the way, they bought an excursion to the Bulgarian village on the square not far from the hotel (a complete scam, we were told that this is the best excursion. you will not find a better performance anywhere else, I can say that I didn’t like anything at all, neither the food nor the entertainment program)
6) Mineral water in the pool. It is such a pleasure, there is no smell of bleach and an unpleasant sensation in the nose.....

The representative of the company Yulia the next day instructed in great detail both on excursions and on departure. The hotel staff is very friendly. The animators worked every day, they were very cheerful and young. The waiters in the restaurant are just great - they worked quickly and efficiently, I have never seen an uncleaned table. And they fed just fine: buffet, everything is fresh and deliciously cooked. Every day fruits: apples, oranges, grapefruits, plums, nectarines, peach, watermelon and melon. For lunch and dinner, cakes and pastries are a must.

Despite the fact that their check-in takes place at 14.00, given the recession of the holiday season, we got into the room at 09.55 immediately upon arrival, people from Moldova were waiting from 6.00, and settled with us at the same time. The staff is very friendly, positive, cheerful, with a sense of humor, you feel like in a family. The very color scheme of yellow shades of the interior of the hotel has initially. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day, once and the 2nd time they tried, but we refused. They didn’t change shampoos and shower gels just like that (in the sense, when they ran out, well, that was enough for us), the girls from the next room turned to the reception about this, they began to bring them almost daily without a tip. Judging by some of my observations, apart from changing towels and taking out the garbage, they didn’t clean up much, but we ourselves tried to keep order, so I have no complaints. The furniture in the room is new, clean and comfortable, the lights all worked. Sorry for such a detail, but there was a little weak water pressure in the flush system in the bathroom. And so, in all areas of the hotel and on its territory were cleaned constantly and everything was clean and well maintained. We were lucky with the room in that the windows overlooked the courtyard to the pool, you could look at the child if he went out alone. Secondly, music was heard, and if desired, you could close the door and everything was quiet, the soundproofing seemed to be normal. On our last evening, when there was a national party, I packed my bags and watched a good performance. Probably a little less fortunate for people whose windows faced the road and neighboring hotels, but I don’t think it’s so scary. As for food: someone wrote in the reviews that the knives were not very sharp, I agree ; ))), the beef seemed tough to me, but I mostly preferred fish and was very pleased, the mashed potatoes resembled a mivina from bags, I didn’t like it personally me pizza (and not only in the hotel). Juices are also not very good (but we read about it earlier). I really liked the soups and yoghurts. The main thing is that everything is fresh and variety allows everyone to choose a diet to their liking, which I did and was satisfied with. We walked around the resort a lot, looked at different hotels externally and were convinced of the correctness of our choice. To the sea (beach) no more than 5 minutes walk, to the resort center 15 minutes. They offer a train ride there for 3 leva per person, we thought it was like along the promenade along the entire length of the resort, it turned out to be just to the center (and not quite along the embankment), where we walked several times a day. As for the exchange of money, it was better to change it at the "Unit Credit Bull Bank", but there it is from 50 euros with a passport and somewhere until 16.00 except weekends, this is on the way to the center on the right, the rate was 1.947, in other places 1.91 , 1.90 and below but any amount. I also want to say that, despite the timely order of dry rations for the road (early in the morning), we were not on the list, although I personally saw how the girl was writing down somewhere, and then I myself searched in a notebook and did not find himself on the list))), he was given to us. At one in the morning, 4 hours before departure, I decided to ask if we had dry rations and found out that there was none. But at 4.45 we were given it. Everything was resolved without any claims, let alone scandals. Perhaps such a misunderstanding was caused by the (personally noticed by me) fact that young people know a little Russian, more English, people from 30 know Russian very well. Therefore, it is better to control the important issues yourself. The weather at this time of the year did not indulge us (better yet, in the 1st half of September), half the time of our holiday was overcast, drizzling, cool nights, but we swam in the sea and in the pool, although not so long, but not abnormal heat. We didn’t like the water park in a 15-minute walk (we went to see it), but the one that seems to be newer and more interesting in Nessebar no longer worked, so the child was left without the main entertainment. Sorry for such petty details, in fact I am a less pretentious and demanding person in everyday life, in food. I just wanted to state all the points I noticed, not out of those considerations to give a bad characterization, but to help other people with different requirements in their choice. Conclusion: we were quite satisfied with the value for money. If we go again, then only in this hotel.
