It is better to exchange in big cities in the center. The difference in rates should not exceed 2-3 stotinki, otherwise they are fooling.
In resorts, the rate is always not very good. Take any currency - dollars and euros are the easiest and most profitable to have.

In Bulgaria it is better to take the euro. I will not go into detailed calculations (which were carried out), but this is the most profitable way. You can change in banks and exchangers - now they have the same rate everywhere (1.92 leva for 1 euro). But two weeks ago it was 1.95;)

Who said about 1.92 euros per lion?? Bulgaria has a fixed euro exchange rate and it NEVER changes!! The whole question is in the appetites of the exchangers. If the margin is more than 2-3 tbsp. then you are being robbed. Or are you in Golden Sands :)
