The hotel is really good, despite the 2 stars. Far from the beach, because. it was necessary to go not along a straight road, but constantly turn back and forth, but a maximum of 20 minutes of walking at a leisurely pace. In general, the hotel is located in the area "Seagull", ie. not Golden Sands per se. The Kubakum beach is pretty good, there are relatively few establishments on the very shore, but there are a lot of people. Also at 10:00 there was a transfer to the central beach of ZP. Very comfortably. Near the hotel there were some other houses, bushes, but after walking for 10 minutes, you immediately go out to various restaurants and cafes. In some of them it was relatively inexpensive and the portions were huge, and in some the service was “fire” (I ordered spaghetti with cheese, they brought it with mushrooms. I don’t eat them, I asked them to change them. So they just pulled out the mushrooms and then not all of them brought with ham !! ).
There is no nightlife here, we went to the RFP by taxi for 6 leva. Be sure to call a taxi from the reception and then call the same number, because taxi drivers are simple people, they will charge 20 leva from tourists instead of 6.
Returning to the hotel. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the breakfast. It seems that due to the variety we did not have time to try everything, although every morning it was almost the same. There was a lot of fruit, as soon as the tray was empty, the staff immediately replenished. My friend and I especially liked the coffee machine and the toaster : )

Cleaning was done every day. Almost all the girls at the reception knew Russian, which made communication easier.
Wi-fi only in the lobby. But we lived on the second floor, so I also caught on my bed.
We were pleased with our stay.
If it were closer to the beach it would be great.
