Very disappointed with everything, both in this hotel, which resembles a low-class hostel "in the back of life", and in Bulgaria. Were for the first time, trusted the tour company and "spit". Photos on the net do not reflect reality. Everything in the hotel is dirty, broken, food is like grub for piglets - it is clearly visible that "dishes" for the next ones are made from the remnants of previous dinners and lunches. No variety - every day pasta, french fries, and some strange casseroles. Whole unpeeled carrots floated in the soup. Drinks are not real, made from powders, coffee is a terrible solvent in the machine. For the whole hotel there is one "difficulty working" elevator, which barely fits 4 people. I caught a cold on the tour because of the air conditioner, they asked for boiling water, they didn’t give it - they told me to buy it at the bar in the lobby. The sheets and towels in the rooms were washed and torn. The sheets are so small that they slide off the mattress with one turn of the body. Pillow - one name, 3 cm thick. There are no towels for feet. The curtain in the shower room was not only old, but also with black mold, dangerous to health. I'm not talking about the faded fabrics on the curtains and furniture. . At the pool, almost all the sun loungers are broken one way or another. The only thing that was satisfactory was that young pleasant people worked and behaved politely. Horror!
