You can get to the buildings and from them, as well as to the beach by e-cars. The staff at the reception works rather slowly, we stopped by with a group of 20-22 people, waited 40 minutes for check-in, and also had to wait quite a long time when leaving. . . The food at the hotel is good, quite varied (we took breakfast / dinner), we liked the desserts that were served for dinner. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned. On the loggia you can take a bath with thermal water. The hotel's infrastructure is quite diverse: a gym and a fitness center, a sauna (not a very convenient mode of operation), several swimming pools, and bicycles for rent. The team of Russian-speaking animators worked well. The sea water is not transparent, dirty, apparently due to ongoing construction work around. The hotel has a spa, but the prices for services there are quite high. We went to a nearby village, where they opened a branch of some kind of honey. the center, the doctors and staff are quite professional, if necessary, the professor comes (the advertisement was handed out by the Chinese "Kolya", he also delivered us there and back for free). In general, I liked the hotel, but its remoteness from civilization limits the ability to freely go somewhere without a tour operator. To Sanya about 1.5-2 hours by bus.
