Were in January 2013. During the day 23 - 27 degrees, at night approx. 20. Water 20 - 23. If you want to swim, it's nice if there is no wind.
The beaches are empty at this time. The Chinese do not climb into the water, it is cold for them. Therefore, there is no dirt, hubbub, hustle and bustle.
In 2011, at the same time, everyone wore jackets - how lucky.
A hotel below 4 * is not worth taking. Service "ge", the food is disgusting, cherry tomatoes are considered fruits. What is surprising: on the beach, any fruit is quite inexpensive, and in hotels they can offer juice from jupi powder or similar muck.
Tea is brewed in a glass container directly with bags. You will not find natural coffee, and they, the Chinese, make instant coffee from mangoes. No milk and cream, everything from coconuts, no butter (butter), no cheeses, it is difficult, almost impossible to find natural meat (not chicken and duck, but beef), pork in the form of minced meat, in jars, like a pate. Lots of pepper and starch. Meat resembles only in color.
Do not buy local cognacs. The more "stars", the more it hits with unwashed footcloths.
Restaurants - Russian - as you get. Many scolded "Beryozka", we had dinner three times, compared to others (Russians) we liked it.
Was in 9 countries, in Europe, in Asia. China is the worst thing I've seen

We rested in the second half of February 12. The sea was about the same as in early June in Turkey. I can't remember the exact temperature, but it feels like 23-25. It was uncomfortable to get out of the water in windy cloudy weather, but we learned from the Chinese to go to the beach in terry bathrobes from the room (first line), we dressed immediately after leaving the water. They mostly went to the pool. The sunbeds by the sea were always 90% free. But on the very first day, when the sun came out, I got burned in half an hour. Therefore, do not repeat the mistakes of others, use sunscreen and do not go to the beach at lunchtime. When it's windy, you don't feel like the sun is baking. As for where it’s not very expensive, I won’t tell you, but the prices there, in principle, are not small for everything, compared with the same Thailand. We did not buy food in the store, we ate in Russian cafes. Literally on the eve of departure, they discovered mobile cafes on the shore: fishermen bring seafood, fish, vegetables, grill them, put up plastic furniture. Inexpensive and tasty. And most importantly - not sharp. The Chinese do not know English well, how many times have they encountered that you ask them to cook without pepper, they nod, but they bring it - you can’t take it in your mouth. Exception: Peking duck.
