We decided to go to Cyprus with friends. They chose Makronisos Village as their destination. Upon arrival, we immediately paid extra for a buffet table in a restaurant at the hotel, because we didn’t want to take a steam bath with cooking or searching for restaurants and cafes. The hotel area surprised us with the splendor of greenery, as we were told, everything is regularly irrigated here, and the rooms and bungalows have been refreshed for the new tourist season. There are football and volleyball courts, and those who are not indifferent to tennis can take rackets and balls at the reception. The staff is friendly and we even learned a couple of phrases in Greek. Every day the restaurant served national cuisine from different countries, which greatly diversified our diet. The nearest beach to the hotel pleased us with peace and tranquility (the most after a stormy night on the street of bars), and also one of the best beaches, Nissi Beach, was only a 15-minute walk from us (here is the real party). In general, we came to the hotel in order to take a break from the frantic rhythm of Ayia Napa, the atmosphere in the hotel is calm and peaceful, which cannot but rejoice in the morning. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, but despite this, there were no problems with communication, Google Translate is always to help, since the Internet is available throughout the hotel and works very quickly. By the beginning of the velvet season, we plan to return here again!
