The hotel is located on the outskirts of Protaras, about two kilometers from the center. You can walk on foot, or you can take the bus (if you don’t mind 1.5 euros one way per person), since the stop is ten steps away. Four floors of rooms and the fifth - lobby, restaurant and reception. The elevator always worked. The territory of the hotel is small, but well-groomed - a swimming pool and a small lawn. Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool are free of charge.
Settled in quickly. At the reception, one girl speaks Russian more or less tolerably. But she doesn't work every day. So it's better to know some English. In Cyprus, he is very much in use.
The room was spacious, clean. Simple but fairly new furniture. The kitchen has a two-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle. There are dishes, a frying pan (with a curved bottom), a saucepan, a toaster, a coffee maker (it’s bad that without a filter - I had to put napkins into this business), forks / spoons / knives. All equipment worked. The only disappointment was the lack of a microwave and dishwashing detergent.

Gloomy color scheme of plumbing - dark pistachio)). The plumbing itself worked flawlessly. The water was always hot. No toiletries (such as soap/shampoo) are provided.
The air conditioner in the bedroom worked as it should. The second - in the hall-kitchen-dining room for money (30 euros per week), did without it.
There are plenty of sockets in the rooms, enough for all the equipment. Only the configuration of the sockets themselves was annoying, it is problematic (but possible))) to connect without an adapter, and it costs around 2 euros.
Cleaned every day, changed bedding and towels every three days. They even cleaned the day before departure (otherwise, in other hotels on this day, for some reason, they did the cleaning, if they did it, carelessly).
Free WiFi internet access is only available in the lobby. The speed is decent, but sometimes there were "gags".
We didn't use the hotel's pool and bar/restaurant, so I can't comment.
Three minutes walk to the beach. The beach is good. Small, but clean, sandy. 7.5 euros for a couple of sun loungers and an umbrella. But we preferred on a towel on the sand. No snorkeling. But you can try paragliding or ride a "banana". There are too many people, as, indeed, on all the beaches of Cyprus. Neighboring beaches are worse.
Across the street from the hotel there are two shops - a souvenir and a general one (and in the second the prices were lower for some things than in Lidl). There were no special entertainments in the area - for example, several restaurants. There is a bus stop about two hundred meters away, you can go to Protaras or Ayia Napa, or to Paralimni (but there is nothing special to do there).
I can’t say anything about the surrounding cafe-restaurants either - they didn’t visit. We were mostly traveling around the island and tried to eat in local taverns or had breakfast in the room and sometimes dined.

The thing that almost killed the holiday was the Mexican restaurant across the street! From 11:00 pm until 1:30 or 2:00 am, the music started blaring there. Very loud! ! Our windows looked out on him. Normal sleep there and did not work for the entire stay. Only one day there was kind of no party, and some other day at least the music was to my taste. By the end of the first week, I wanted to burn this restaurant to hell! )) For us it was an unrealistically big minus for the hotel. Closing the windows did not solve the problem in any way due to the high volume. I think I could hear her for two or three blocks.
If you remove this Mexican restaurant, then the impression of the hotel is very positive, just out of the way.
P. S. Somehow they left the balcony open for the night and the cucaracha flew in. They said at the reception, they sent a person the next day, who sprayed the balcony and windows around the perimeter. At the same time, the cucaracha herself did not go anywhere)) So she sat at the kitchen, sometimes crawling out of there. In the upper corner of the balcony there was a nest made like a hornet's, but they said it was a bird. We never saw her, though. Yes, and at the end of the holiday we noticed that there is no TV in the room)))
