Refusal of a pro-visa, indicated Northern Cyprus, what should I do?
Six months ago, I filled out a visa application form and, without checking the hotel, indicated Northern Cyprus (I know, a fool), a refusal came, but I still flew in then, but according to the Schengen (they said that the border guards do not immediately receive information). Who knows, if you change your passport now and get a new Schengen, is it possible to get into the country using it?

Fly to Ercan via Istanbul. Yes, loss of money (small), but nerves are more expensive.

It is southern Cyprus that interests me, I have been there many times and even was going to apply for a residence permit, so it’s a shame to be so stupid, but I won’t violate it and I definitely won’t go through the North

What is the point of changing your passport? Name didn't change?
I would request a pro-visa again, this time specifying everything correctly. The refusal is one-time, this is not a ban for ten years.

What if we fill out all the paperwork again? pro-visa is a one-time thing, as far as I remember ...

Refusal of a visa does not mean a ban on entry. You didn't break anything. Apply for a visa indicating your residence in the Greek part, or fly within the Schengen area again.
