I can not advise anything, but the topic is interesting, I subscribe to the answers. My opinion is that if you have been given a visa, this does not mean that you can fly from southern Cyprus. You have to fly there first :) But that's just guesswork :)

If you were given visas with the same passports, there is no problem. The suppression of sanctions against visitors entering / leaving through the TRNC was a condition for Cyprus to join the EU, this is enshrined in law.

2. Citizens of third countries (including holders of Schengen / EU residence permit / EU permanent residence) can freely enter the territory of the TRNC only from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan through official posts, but arrive and depart from the island only through "legal" airports and ports. Violation may result in a ban on further entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan and possible problems with Greece (although the latter may be someone's replicated conjectures).
3. Accordingly, yes, there is no direct criminal or administrative prosecution, but a violation of the visa regime of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a violation. When I was in Cyprus (Greek), we have friends living there. We traveled from there to Northern Cyprus. During the border crossing, upon request, we mark the entry and exit on a separate piece of paper. So that there are no further questions. The border guards do it.
