Room 503. Alas - A view of the neighboring building. The elevator was new. Wi-Fi appeared for each person - a password is given. Cleaning every day, but the bed was not changed for 7 days. Audibility is good, but the neighbors did not particularly interfere. There were many students and just do young people. Breakfast is delicious for a three-ruble note - 2 types of cheese, 5 types of sausages, 2 types of sausages, a bun, a cake, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, grapes, apples, 4 types of bread, muesli and more. Everything is delicious. I especially liked the coffee. Minus - tasty, but boring after 3 days. The attitude of all the staff was good. Almost everyone speaks Russian. Minus for tea lovers - there is no kettle in the room - it is inconvenient to go from the reception to the room on the 5th floor with boiling water in a glass. Near the metro, tram stop, savings bank, CFS, Paul, Tesco, Bill, pub near Grafo, pizzeria, etc.
The location is normal, but all the 4 Seasons tours started from the Malostranska metro station and had to take the metro. I had to travel often. Because on the second day we were tired of walking to every sight. one trip for 1 person for 30 minutes costs 24 crowns
Food
Were in the famous Paula - did not like it - expected more. Not cheap and nothing special.
Pivovarsky dum - they took a set of 8 types of beer for 150 kroons. I didn't like the beer, everything was bitter, the tastes were coffee, banana, wheat, etc.
Ferdinand (next to the National Museum) - I liked it, the interior is very very simple and resembles a dining room, but the portions are larger, the beer is poured as expected, 7 bullets of beer seemed ordinary, Ferdinand dark 11 is not very bitter, a little better. Cheese croutons are very tasty, I didn’t like the marinated germelin cheese, fatty, strongly pronounced taste of vegetables.
Stepanska at the powder gate - the boar's knee did not like it - the usual boiled meat, salted cabbage tasty for it, I liked the dark goat beer, they pour less than expected - because of the foam.
We wanted to find souvenirs cheaper, but they couldn't find them anywhere. They took it at the Info Center on Panskaya 6 - the choice is good, the entrance through the arch into the courtyards, there is also an exchanger, the exchange rate is better than seen in banks.
Becherovka was taken in Bill, in Tesco a little more expensive, but Becherovka turned out to be cheaper in dutifree in Prague.
In cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, at the box office, and so on, many people spoke Russian. There were no problems
Vienna - 4 hours one way on an inconvenient bus (suburban type). The guide from season 4 continued her story for almost all 4 hours without stopping. Well done. A lot of interesting things from the life of the rulers of Austria. I didn't like the roads in the Czech Republic near Prague. Shakes hard. The tour is tough. By the time you get to Vienna, you don’t want anything anymore.
Vienna is not impressed. The center is not big, all styles are mixed, due to the fact that everything is in one place - the palace, boutiques, churches, I didn’t feel any special mood. Didn't like the city. went to the treasury - ran for about 15 minutes. Nothing special, but you can see it once. They didn’t go to the apartments - at the checkout, without an accent, the girl said that it was better in St. Petersburg. Time went by so quickly. We ate at the cafe recommended by the guide - tasteless. Eat only hungry. But Sacher turned out to be cheap and edible. Viennese sausage on the street with unusual spices - so-so. In general, we did not see anything super interesting and beautiful. I liked the main cathedral less than in Prague, St. Vita. If you don’t feel sorry for the time, money, and you tolerate moving well, then you can go, but don’t expect anything special from the trip.
Dresden - the center is even smaller than in Vienna, 2.5 streets.
The same architecture as in Vienna, after Vienna it seemed quite boring, but there are more options to take a good photo, because unlike Vienna, there are fewer tourists in places, you can move away from the objects and they fit in the frame. In general, even less interesting than in Vienna. Didn't like the white German sausage. Almost tasteless.
Air - there and back flew Czech Airlines. Didn't like it. Fed in one direction a little better than the other, in general, not bad at all! BUT. The flight was delayed by about 40-50 minutes, something was being repaired on the plane. When landing back, I almost sat with my husband, as I understand it, the plane was dispersed and began to slow down during landing from the air, the plane swayed for a long time in different directions. I have never seen anything like this in 4 years of flying. Although sat gently on the wheels. I got the impression that this is a driving style, that in Prague drivers drive on the roads and brake sharply, that the pilots are in the air.
Transport. We traveled by metro and tram.
The tram during peak hours is more inconvenient. Single ticket. Bought at the box office or any stalls. Cass at some stations was not found or closed early.
