I traveled with Alliance (from Kyiv) to the Czech Republic and Hungary.
I had bus tours (Czech Republic) and train + bus (Hungary + Austria) In both cases, everything suited me :) There were no night crossings :) They settled in normal hotels, talked about the sights too well - what else can you demand from a tour operator? :)
But then I read negative reviews about the Alliance.
