The hotel is really wonderful. The owner of the hotel is an American, so everything is at the highest level. Vacationers - mostly Americans, but a sufficient number of Europeans. The hotel does not accept Russian citizens at all. There are also very few Ukrainians. In two weeks we met only six people.
The food is good, the animation is great. All service staff speaks English. I read reviews of others about holidays in the Dominican Republic, they write that everyone is very slow, they take an order for a very long time. I don't know how it is in other hotels, but this is not typical for Sunscape. There are no complaints about the service at all. The beach is magnificent, the territory is green.
I don’t advise you to go on excursions, there’s nothing special to see there, but the prices for them are crazy.
We did not regret that we went to this hotel.
