I liked it very much. Good quality varied food, a lot of different fruits, a pleasant, although not large, room, a green, small, neat hotel. Heated pool. Service is top notch. Mostly pensioners have a rest, there are no Russians, so no one understands Russian. The hotel is practically without flaws - a solid three-ruble note. Evenings are boring, the bar has billiards.
The first days were lying in the room - slept off, then went for a walk along El Gouna. It is very interesting in the Marina (you can walk in 15 minutes or take a tuk-tuk). It’s very beautiful there: yacht parking from simple to chic, various cute cafes, wicker chairs, tables, sofas, hookahs, everything is licked, neat, just like in Nice, or maybe better : ). Very unlike themselves, polite and helpful Arabs, because only foreigners rest there, very few Russians. You can walk around the territory of any hotel.
The sea in December was cold, strong wind, no one swam. Although at the same time in Hurghada and Safaga everyone was swimming. So winter is not the season here. But there are few people and everything is cheap: coffee in a cafe on the shore of the lagoon with a view of the yachts is a maximum of 8 pounds, a hookah 6-10 pounds, for 10 with a performance - a hookah man in a Bedouin outfit prepared a hookah in an entourage, twisted a smoking-room over their heads and patiently took pictures with us ( open cafe in the Marina, at the very end, near the beach).

In general, in El Gouna and in the hotel in particular, the Arabs are quieter than water, lower than the grass, no one presses, mutters after, and does not hint at a tip. For this, we fell in love with them and gave them shares, as a result of which they also fell in love with us.
I must say that the Arena Inn is a very intelligent hotel, we left in the evening, at 12-00 we didn’t cut off the bracelets, they poured it in the bar, I think they would have given us a meal, but we didn’t become impudent. Extending the room from 12 to 18 costs 4 euros per nose, plus 6 euros for meals. I was pleasantly surprised by Pegasus, everything was on time, they didn’t impose excursions, they issued a map of El Gouna with a schedule of discos and other events. I recommend the hotel, El Gouna - super!
