Thanks to everyone who helped with the choice of this hotel. Before the trip rummaged through all the reviews and settled on AMS.
Our room had a view of the main pool. They marked us in the right building, if you look at the sea. According to conversations on the beach, in the hotel almost all rooms are the same. There are no bad numbers. If something doesn't work, they quickly fix it or move it. No surcharges. The room had everything you need, the furniture is good, almost new, spacious bathroom (shower), combined with a toilet. Very spacious. The cleaning is very high quality, the beds were decorated with swans, crocodiles, elephants, sometimes with flower petals. Left 2 times for 5 dollars. The cleaner was only seen once when we checked into the room.
Food: excellent, everything is delicious, acceptable alcohol, delicious cocktails. From fruits: watermelon every other day, regularly oranges, apples, dates, melon, sometimes plums, peaches once. Yuppies juices, coffee from a coffee machine. Meat daily, but grill a piece, two (if you want a lot, then come to the end of dinner - you will pick up a whole plate, but the rest may not be enough). A day later, a liver, once seafood (small crabs and squids). Delicious soups. You can brush away the crumbs on the chairs yourself (the waiters fuss, but they don’t physically have time to remove everything, they move almost at a run).

Several days of our stay at the hotel were very windy and it was cold to swim in the sea. But the rest of the days it was even hot, so we got a good tan.
The entrance to the sea is sandy, but at low tide you can walk for about 8 minutes in shallow water, which was annoying. This part of the Red Sea is not rich in corals, but if you dive from the pier, you can see some inhabitants of the depths. By the way, the water at depth is not as cold as in shallow water. Here is such a feature of the Red Sea.
Animation: 5+, great team, they put on wonderful numbers (if not for the first time in Egypt, then fakirs, belly dance and tanura are no longer impressive), they are kindly and cheerfully invited to all daytime activities (volleyball, yoga, gymnastics, dance lessons, bocha, etc. ). We had two bocha teams (everyone played for the first time), we held daily gambling tournaments. For children, animators dressed up as fabulous animals, invited a magician. The hotel needs to appreciate this team. A good disco (due to illness we could only visit twice), full-wall mirrors, a bar, tables and tables. Minus - strong air conditioning and smoking in the hall (evening shows are also held here).
The places around are quite deserted, which is why we chose this hotel, where there is silence and tranquility, only one minus is that there is nowhere to walk near the hotel, but it didn’t matter to us, because we went to the city by taxi. For whom this is not enough, you can go on excursions. We went to Luxor, on a boat trip along the Red Sea, and went to the Bedouin village, where we rode ATVs.
The hotel is suitable for those who are going to relax and spend a quiet time of rest, we strongly recommend it !! !
