It's a shame and incomprehensible, is it really not possible to organize everything for a person, and not, as always, through .... Naturally, the manager Tarakanova Nadezhda, Maryina Roshcha metro office, retorted: that this is not The tour company is to blame, but the airline, and maybe even my grandmother. We bought a tour to Tunisia from them, paid everything at once and agreed with the manager Anastasia Bezhenova, who is sitting on Yakimanka, about the departure time at 18-10. Thanks to the administration of the Fame Residence Lara hotel (Antalya, Turkey) and personally to Duygu Aksu, who organized all the necessary medical care at the expense of the hotel! The situation is this - I booked a tour (1.5 months before the new year), immediately made 100% payment, as a result, I waited more than a week for confirmation (and this is on the eve of the New Year, when every minute counts)!
I did not receive any response, although I called and reminded myself, but in response I received only one answer: "Wait, nothing is known,"
As a result, more than a week after the payment, unable to stand it, I spoke rather rudely with the manager so that they would give some kind of answer, and not pull rubber, after which I almost immediately received an answer: "This tour is not available, we can offer an alternative." But most importantly, the alternative was almost 1.5 times more expensive.
I wrote a request for a refund and have been waiting for a refund for 4 days. When I call - again the answers are the same: "There will be a return, but we don't know when."
In general, I have never met a worse relationship, and I advise anyone not to contact this agency - just waste your nerves and time.
I hope that at least the money will be returned as soon as possible.

As a result, my child and I were placed in some closet, less than 10 m2 in area, where a bed (close to the window), a mini-kitchen and one chair barely fit. I tried to change the number on the spot, but I received an answer that there are no reserve numbers, and the distribution of numbers does not depend on them, they receive it from the agency in Kyiv. Now I tried to post a review on their website, but to enter, you need the contract number and password, and there is no password in my contract. At the conclusion, I did not insist on entering a password, because I did not assume that this might be necessary. So here they work. At the same time, they do everything to make it impossible even to write a review about their wonderful work.

And it doesn't matter that all this splendor is translated into Russian as a luxurious 4 * class apartment. These are all the little things in life. She didn't even bother to apologize! Not to mention the fact that they were simply obliged to compensate me for material and moral damage.
