We had a family vacation, my husband and I and our daughter, 12 years old.
Our check-in went quickly. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, the view was on the pool. The room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything worked in it, hair dryer, refrigerator, air conditioning. Clean bathroom, all accessories were always there. They cleaned every day, changed everything, brought water.

About the hotel itself and its territory. The hotel is in the center of the city, but there is no noise. Very comfortable in this hotel. The territory is beautiful, green all over, there are many gazebos, a good playground, 3 swimming pools, a cage water slide with parrots. Palm trees and flowers, pomegranate, tangerines, bananas. It’s just nice to be and walk around the territory, the eye rejoices.

The food there is bland and fresh. But I love vegetables and in large quantities, as a vegetarian, and there are a lot of vegetables here. For those who eat meat, I can say that the fish was of the same type, the meat was also the same, my husband said that it was normal in taste, but it would be tastier with spices. The pastries were delicious, the sweets were also good. In general, we didn’t go hungry, there was something to eat, but you won’t get better after this rest, save your figure.
The hotel has good service, the kitchen workers are polite, as well as in the bars, always with a smile, friendly. The animators are great guys. There was no rudeness, a very friendly atmosphere reigns in the hotel, as if visiting friends.
The beach is clean, there were enough sunbeds for everyone, the entry into the sea is normal, a little with stones, but we had special slippers, so everything was fine with us. There is a bar on the beach, you can rent a mask in the diving center, a volleyball court is also on the beach. The sea is close to the buildings, which is very good. There are no hedgehogs, the underwater world is not diverse, but you can stare at the fish. The water is good, a little cool, refreshing, warms up during the day, most importantly, it is clean and it was a pleasure to swim.
We also went to the water park, we took this trip from a local tour agency, then they also took a trip to Dolphin Bay. The prices are low, very pleasant, the trips were organized well, the organizers and guides speak Russian well.
The animation is just amazing. My daughter and we both loved it. The animators are energetic, groovy, you immediately want to go to all the fun. In the morning, exercises under the warm breeze near the sea, like a fairy tale, aqua aerobics, zumba. In the evening there was a program, acrobatic shows from twin brothers, there was karaoke, a fire show, various invited guests. There were visiting discos, but we didn’t go to them, but the youth said that it was very cool and fun there
The hotel is very good, we liked it. The child ran all day from the pool to the sea, participated in all activities.
We would return, the atmosphere is class. I highly recommend this hotel, if you do not pay attention to minor flaws, but they are not terrible. It is obvious that people here care about the guests.
