Compared to 4* in Turkey last year, this hotel is a cut above. Rested three of us with my son 25 years old and my husband. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30, at the reception they said that they would check in at 14.00, and at 12.00 they would give bracelets, which allows you to eat, take drinks and enjoy all the benefits of "all inclusive". But settled in the room already at 11.00. They helped with the luggage and showed the room, because the territory is large enough and you can get lost.
The room was on the second floor (we took into account the wishes when booking), consisted of 2 rooms. Simple, no frills, but the linen and towels are heavily washed. The room was cleaned every day, towels and sheets changed every other day. Safe in the room free of charge with a combination lock. We also provided 250 mb internet in the lobby of the hotel Wi-Fi.
There are no complaints about food either. Several types of side dishes, meat, fish, vegetables, salads, sweets, fruits, tea, coffee, alcohol and soft drinks. In the bar on the beach after 12.00 ice cream, and after 13.0 there is free pizza, salads.
On the beach there are sunbeds, umbrellas, windbreaks. Towels are also provided. The beach is clean, the hotel area is green, in flowers, clean and well-groomed. The hotel does not have a reef, but there is a whole world under the pier, you can watch it. By the way, on the pier they offer diving much cheaper, with a guide at the hotel. We took diving elsewhere, but the price is the same.
From entertainment there is ping-pong, a volleyball ball, evening shows and discos. Billiards paid $ 2 for 1 hour.
The staff is friendly and ready to help. They ordered a taxi for us, collected dry rations for excursions and when leaving (we did not have time for breakfast).
My husband had a birthday, he was congratulated by the hotel (we indicated this when booking), but we did not take the "gift" because we were on an excursion and returned late.
Next time, if we go to Hurghada, we will book this hotel.
