The hotel is good, the sea, territory, food we liked. The weather was great. This is where the positive ends. Service is just awful. It all started at the reception. We arrived at the hotel around 10:00. But, despite the fact that the wife is pregnant (6 months), we could only check in at about 13.00. We were asked (extorted!!!!!!! ) money for a room overlooking the pool. The breakdown is complete. From the windows of all rooms you can see the pools and the sea. True, they gave out bracelets and we were able to have breakfast. At the reception at 13.00 after our next approach, we were given a key, they said that the room was on the third floor and indicated the direction to the elevator. Didn't even try to make a dollar. There were no cocktails and fruits (as some write) in the room. This is about accommodation.
The room is normal, but the furniture is terrible - all the varnish has peeled off, and so everywhere we were, including in the main restaurant.
Attitude towards Russian-speakers is a separate conversation. All foreigners (British, Germans, Balts, Poles, Hungarians) are “licked assholes”. We are "cattle" for them. This was especially evident in the bars and on the beach near the sea. I will not repeat about plastic in bars. Serving "our" in the main restaurant - in the second place (relative to alcohol). A foreigner comes - the servants immediately come to him, before the foreigner has time to pick up food - he has a glass of wine on the table, and constant attention to him. And we need to look out for and catch the waiters, and it’s not a fact that they will bring, they can forget (it happened to me twice).

The beach by the sea is a separate issue. There are two types of beach towels: new, soft, with bright blue stripes - these are one; old, faded, with a barely noticeable blue stripe - these are different. Who got what I think it is not necessary to tell. There are also mattresses on sun loungers. And they happen only on the sun loungers of foreigners and along with new towels (and some of them even spread two towels), and moreover, before they come to the beach. And in the mornings we stood in queues for towels, and the queues arose due to the fact that the “head of towels” was preparing a bed for foreigners, and then defiantly (seeing that we were waiting for him) imitated violent activity with a rake in his hands. Why didn't everyone have enough mattresses?????????
And now WARNING!!!! ! In the bar on the beach and in the bar by the pool, alcohol is diluted with tap water. I saw with my own eyes in a bar on the beach, became a bystander. A bottle of local liquor (whiskey, gin, etc. ) is opened. The first 1/3 of the bottle is honestly poured by happy visitors. And in the remaining 2/3 of the bottle, water from the tap is added. We were warned that it is not advisable to brush your teeth with this water. And here it is!!!! ! And next to the bartender is the second and the bitch neighs. The same goes for the pool bar. I will not describe how I figured it out there, there is no time, but believe me - and there the bartender dilutes with water.
And yet, do not enter at the airport for visas for 27 dollars. The breakdown is complete. In the usual window - 25 each.
