The hotel was suggested by a tour operator, as the reviews are not bad and the renovation was in 2014.
When registering and settling, they brazenly demanded chocolate or money. They settled in an uncleaned room, on the bed there were traces of bodies and processes. True, they apologized very much and did the cleaning, they only changed the sheet. Made me change my pillowcases and duvet covers.
Apart from liquid soap, there are no shower accessories. Coffee/tea sets too.
The whole hotel is smoky: the lobby, the bar, the entire territory. If you can't stand the smoke, you're not here either. The corridors are dirty, no one cleans there at all.
Food - you won't go hungry.
Attitude towards tourists is disrespectful. They live off the tourism business, but tourists are not appreciated.
With trips and excursions from the tour operator - a complete scam and business.
The water near the bungalow is stagnant, moldy and stinks.
I don't know if I will return to Egypt, but never to this hotel.
