However, my review about something else, as a completely positive impression, was instantly reset after checking the wallet at the Hurghada airport, when it was recorded that some of the funds were missing. The money was in a wallet, which, in turn, was in a closed backpack and was constantly located in the built-in wardrobe of room 44010 in the LOTUS 44 building, and only when checking out from 12:00 to 18:00 was located in the luggage storage room under the close supervision of the reception staff .

Rixos Premium Magawish became ours for a week!! ! This is exactly what we felt, because you will not be left without attention in it (if you want it). I mean service. He is at a high level. You just thought about a drink, and they already bring it to you. Mmmm, the spa is of course bliss. I recommend everyone to visit it. And after the spa, go to the vitamin bar and drink fresh mango. We flew to the hotel for a week and since we are on proper nutrition, we had the opportunity not to get better and eat healthy food (there is plenty of it). Thank you Egypt, thank you Rixos.

The rooms seem to be new - but a lot of imperfections and little things that do not work and places where the repair is not completed. Our shower was leaking. You also need to be careful when choosing rooms - there are a lot of industrial facilities and ventilation systems that buzz throughout the hotel and create a terribly uncomfortable noise.

I am writing this review because of the high cost of this hotel. The hotel is operating at 30% occupancy in test mode. I write cons right away, as they are key, especially for mothers with children. So: - there is no infrastructure around the hotel; - on the territory of the hotel there are construction and finishing works everywhere; - A la Carte restaurants out of 7 - 4 are open; - there is no daytime animation for adults and children; - Spa, diving club, shops closed; - Poorly trained staff who do not speak Russian well; - lack of a children's area for meals in the main restaurant; - there are no Russian-language signs for choosing dishes in the main restaurant.

- there are no Russian-language signs for choosing dishes in the main restaurant.

- at rush hour, there is a queue in the main restaurant, for this reason we recommend visiting the People restaurant on the beach (the menu is very tasty);
- the number of rooms is good, but there are a lot of shortcomings in the decoration, in the operation of safes, refrigerators, plumbing;
- service services eliminate all requests for a very long time.
Pros:
- we recommend visiting A la Carte "Brazilian", "Asian", morning VIP breakfasts and lunches at "People";
- evening animation for adults is wonderful;
- alcohol, juices, high quality cocktails;
- a large clean beach, a lot of sunbeds and cabins, heated pools;
- the entrance to the sea is sandy, suitable for children;
- the staff is very polite and attentive.
Pop stars, professional fitness trainers and chefs are invited to the opening of the hotel. Were at the MONATIK concert - we were completely delighted.
