Transfer and check-in without problems, a married couple with a child was given a 2-room family room on the 1st floor, as they wanted, after all, with an eight-month-old child it is safer and more convenient on the 1st floor, I also got the 1st floor and I don’t regret it, the buildings are there three-story. And another couple was given on the second floor.
The hotel is clean, they constantly tidy up, wash the paths, wipe the floors, in general, everything is very wonderful here. A spacious, beautiful lobby in the hotel, a lot of tables, in the evenings, when it's cool outside, it's very pleasant to spend the evenings with a glass, something else for which our compatriots choose all-inclusive. In the evenings there is live music, you can even dance, since there is a place for this. Separately, I would like to say about the bartenders in the lobby bar, the guys are hard workers, spin like squirrels in the evenings, just great, reward them with a tip, they deserve it. Billiard lovers will be able to spend the evening playing.

The rooms are spacious, everything works, even hot water runs smoothly, which is rare for Egyptian hotels. I lived alone, but it would not be crowded there with two. The bathroom has a hair dryer, but not too powerful, I recommend that owners of chic hair take their own from home. Shampoos, gels are constantly added as they are spent. The air conditioner works both for heat and cold, there is a TV, a small refrigerator, a digital safe. Towels are changed regularly, leaving, throw them on the floor and fresh ones will be hung for you. Yes, don't forget to put a special card into the castle to clean the room. Two bottles of water are put in the room every day, I do not recommend drinking from the tap. The territory of the hotel is elongated perpendicular to the sea, so when you check in, don’t stress which building the room will be in - either go closer to the sea, but further to the restaurant, or, as you might guess, quite the opposite. The paths are paved with stone, it is pleasant to walk on them barefoot. Enough greenery, watered and looked after her constantly. There are many pools, with different depths, there is a small slide, there is a heated pool. I can’t say anything more for the pools, they preferred the sea.
The beach is large designed for two hotels, sandy, clean, constantly cleaned. There are enough mushrooms, fences and sunbeds on the beach. Entry into the water is comfortable with a soft slope, it is convenient for children of all ages. Those wishing to swim in the depths can walk along the pier. At the reception, they give cards that you use to get beach towels on the beach or by the pool, they don’t take a deposit, but if you don’t hand over the card at check-out, then a fine of 15 c. u. This practice, of course, is in all hotels, so do not leave towels on sunbeds after the pool or beach is closed. Sports lovers will find something to do with ease, volleyball, a very decent football field, table tennis, water polo in the pools, there is even a well-equipped gym. There are electronic slot machines for children, but they seem to be paid, I didn’t specify. You can also rent an electric scooter and ride it around the territory. There is also a spa, but we didn't visit, so I won't say anything.
Since we are talking about entertainment, it is impossible not to write about the animators. The gang of animators is extremely artistic, of course, competitions like “Miss Hotel” are quite the same type throughout Egypt, regardless of stardom, but the shows that they themselves make are very worthy of attention, it’s even a pity that they didn’t hit everything. The beach offers entertainment, darts, boccia, exercises and others, so you won’t get bored. All sorts of entertainment is also organized for children.
The food at the hotel is varied. The main restaurant on the ground floor under the lobby is large, there are enough seats, there is an open terrace, still in the fresh air, there are also tables near the fountain. The waiters quickly clear the tables, so you do not have to wait long for a free table. During dinner, bars are open right in the restaurant, so you can dine slowly while sipping your favorite drinks. In the bar on the beach at lunchtime and later they make pizza on the coals, and sandwiches are different, delicious, in the bars there are always all sorts of "cookies", ice cream in the pool bar, so the children come off to the fullest. After dinner, cakes are taken out in the lobby. When I was too lazy to go to a restaurant for lunch, we successfully managed pizza on the beach, delicious!

The variety of dishes can be described for a very long time. A selection of dishes for all tastes. Vegetables are always fresh, fruits are in assortment, meat is always chicken, turkey, there is beef and once - lamb, there was also fish in various forms, liver. For dinner, something is always fried on the grill, by the way, it is fried quite well. Huge selection of cakes, donuts are prepared. For breakfast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs. Large selection of cheeses, all sorts of dry breakfasts and cereals without limitation. Various side dishes, several types of rice and pasta, potatoes, steamed vegetables, etc. I would like to specially note that there is a children's kitchen, the guys easily found something to feed their eight-month-old daughter. In short, if you don’t gain 2-3 kilograms there in a week, then consider that you have inflicted a blood offense on the cooks. Those who wish can sign up next to the lobby for dinner at five a la carte restaurants to have a delicious dinner in a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the sea. You can sign up at least every day, only there are few places, but the guides will tell you everything about it in detail.
The service is at a high level, the staff at the hotel is enough, everyone is friendly, attentive.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Hurghada, but there are enough shops and shops around the hotel, you can dilute your beach and entertainment holiday with shopping.
In general, the holiday was a success, enjoyed visiting this hotel. A well-deserved five, I recommend a visit, and I myself would gladly come again.
