This hotel impressed with its quality of service and service. We rest in Egypt every year, the hotel attracted with its location, i. e. proximity to the airport, price and novelty. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt the friendly, homely atmosphere. The room (we bought a standard one), to our surprise, consisted of two rooms, with two plasma panels and a beautiful kingsize bed, an excellent mattress and excellent German plumbing, there was a balcony in the room and quite large. It overlooked the neighboring hotel and the promenade through which we walked to our beach. The room we got was excellent. On the very first evening, we realized that the quality of food in this hotel is better than in other five-star hotels we visited. For comparison, I will give an example: on the very first evening, king prawns, boiled tongue and salmon baked in a roll, tuna and of course this is not the whole choice were offered for dinner. We were shocked by the food, quite often they offered ham for breakfast, dried basturma, this is not counting cereals, yogurts, omelettes, pancakes, sausages and all kinds of cheeses. Also packaged juices are included in the hotel's catering concept. The territory and the beach: the main part of the territory is occupied by pools, it is practically a water area, there are two water parks, for adults and children (for kids there is a separate restaurant near the children's water park), the slides are new, excellent, there is a pipe, a kamikaze and a funnel, in general there are enough slides serious. There are many sunbeds everywhere, there are also wicker sofas for sunbathing, deck chairs in the water. The beach is located across the promenade and the territory of the neighboring hotel (it is even cooler, but also at times more expensive), about five to seven minutes walk, they didn’t spot it at all, but it’s close. For those who are especially lazy, there are golf carts that will take you directly to the beach). There are a lot of sun loungers on the beach, it was a little windy, but everything worked and the beach cafe - a bar where the chef cooks incomparable fish fillet in batter, pizza, french fries, hamburgers and shawarma, everything is very tasty. Ice cream on the beach of excellent quality. By the way, there are catamarans and canoes on the beach for free. For sports lovers, the hotel has a gym. In the evenings, children's discos were held in our hotel, followed by evening shows by animators or guest artists. I was struck by the attitude of all the staff, very friendly, even too much. I want to note the extraordinary cleanliness and order everywhere, maybe a new hotel, or maybe there are such hotels in Egypt and this is one of the few.
